| 濱海公路攔車殺人狂 破窗砍人再打劫

【陳偉周╱基隆報導】北部濱海公路出現攔車殺人狂！一名潛水客上周五晚上行經該路段時，突被一名騎機車歹徒攔下，持鐮刀打破其車窗喝令交錢，他連錢都還沒拿出來就被砍殺十多刀，受傷忍痛加速逃離，潛水客事後驚恐地說：「花錢消災的機會都不給我！」而韌帶斷裂的雙手至少要復健半年。歹徒前晚落網供稱，因酒駕被捉，繳不出罰款才犯案。
警方調查，嫌犯李致源（二十六歲）之前是電焊工，但一個月前丟了工作，日前因酒駕被逮送辦繳不起罰款。
事發當天傍晚他到田裡除草，吃晚餐喝酒後要回基隆，見濱海公路人車稀少且照明不佳，仗著酒意拿除草大鐮刀，打算籌錢繳罰款。
上周五晚上，李姓被害人（三十四歲）與教練等人到東北角海域學潛水，潛水後分乘兩輛車返回台北，被害人獨自開車，行經北部濱海公路靠近員山子分洪道出口時，嫌犯突然將機車橫停在他的車前，亮出五十公分長大鐮刀。
嫌犯打破車窗大喝：「錢包拿出來！」被害人來不及回應就被砍殺。被害人說，當時正要拿放在後座的皮夾，打算花錢消災，但嫌犯卻發狂猛砍他的雙手。
跟車的潛水教練等人見狀嚇傻，下車躲在休旅車後方，其中一名女學員全程目擊尖叫：「救命啊，救命啊！」行車紀錄器也拍下嫌犯行兇過程。
警方表示，被害人忍痛開車撞開嫌犯的機車，逃回市區求救，經送醫縫合撿回一命，教練等人追逐嫌犯，卻追丟了。被害人身中十多刀縫了四十一針，左手臂傷口長達十七公分、部分骨頭碎裂，右手虎口留有十公分刀痕，神經及韌帶斷裂，醫師表示要花半年以上復健。
前天晚上，嫌犯因酒駕撞車遭警方逮捕，警方根據車號認出他就是歹徒，他辯稱，因被害人按喇叭才砍他。警方昨偵訊後將嫌犯依強盜、傷害及毀損罪嫌送辦。

| 營造工廠遭祝融 廠房付之一炬

【陳冠宇／新北報導】今天深夜12時許，汐止一設備工廠發生大火，由於廠房內擺放油漆桶等易燃物品，火勢瞬間蔓延，但幸好當時工廠內沒有人，現場無人員傷亡。
傅姓負責人表示，工廠面積約200坪，為何起火他也搞不清楚，造成的損失目前也難以估計。新北市消防局表示，現場總燃燒面積約50坪，起火原因還待火調科調查。

【綜合報導】擔心埃及局勢擴大成為中東地區的危機，人在坦尚尼亞進行訪問的美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）周一證實曾親自致電給埃及總統穆希（Mohammed Morsi），希望穆希能「妥善處理危機」，並避免埃及的局勢失控。
一位不願具名的華府官員表示，白宮的立場盼望穆希能夠立刻採取行動來回應反對者的訴求，美國政府的努力還包括了：參謀首長聯席會議主席丹普西（Martin Dempsey）向埃及政府警告，美軍駐紮的國家中一旦出現該國軍隊參與違憲的政變行為，美國將減少軍事援助；美國駐開羅大使館的官員也已與埃及反對陣營接觸過。華府官員透露，這表示白宮已改變了先前對於埃及的「袖手政策」（hands-off approach），並在局勢尚未惡化前介入。

繁華的朝歌，有商賈、馬夫、婦孺在街道上往來；殷商的文化中心更少不了祭司、士大夫的身影。白天的朝歌書聲琅琅、安靜祥和，晚上則靜謐和諧，夜不閉戶。玩家可充分運用《軒轅劍陸》的遊戲特性：白天在此遊覽市集，買賣易物，接取各種支線任務；黃昏或夜間，則可探訪密友，甚至到達一些白天不方便行動的地方。

搶攻女性手機市場是近來各大手機廠商的目標之一，因此我們可以看到 Oppo Ulike 2 和 MeituKiss 等無不以自拍為賣點，務求以此吸引女性消費者。不過，作為 中國大陸第二大智慧型手機製造商的 Lenovo 可不是這樣想，他們以手機的外型與顏色出發，推出市場上罕見的紅色手機，務求更配合女性色彩斑斕的衣服。
我們這次動手玩的 Lenovo S820 以紅色為主色，搭配正面的 4.7 吋 720p IPS 全貼合螢幕，看過去很簡約。紅色從背蓋延伸到正面上下底的設計有點像去年的 HTC One X。把它拿在手上並不會覺得滑手，超軟的背蓋下是一顆 2,000mAh 的可更換電池，對於不太喜歡攜帶行動電源的女生來說，應該很歡迎吧！在網絡制式上，其支援 WCDMA 2100 及 GSM 900/1800/1900，對一些喜歡雙卡的朋友來說應該可以。規格上，S820 並不特別，採用 MTK MT6589 四核心 1.2GHz 處理器、配備 1GB RAM、4GB 內置儲存、1,300 萬像素後置鏡頭及 200 萬像素前置鏡頭。
系統方面，S820 採用的是 Android 4.2.1 並採用 Lenovo 自家介面，包含一系列的樂服務，例如樂安全、樂商店、樂同步、樂語言及超級相機等等。這些服務與我們在其他 Lenovo 手機上看到的一樣，不可以刪除卻可以隱藏。Lenovo S820 現已在官方商城發售，價格為 1,999 元人民幣（約 HK$2,535 / NT$9,775）。如果你對這樣的一款紅色手機有興趣，跳轉看一下我們的動手玩圖庫與影片吧！
