【綜合報導】香港「民陣」今天下午發起「7.1大遊行」，「普羅政治學苑」及「熱血公民」等社運團體多名成員，遊行結束後在灣仔焚燒《特區基本法》。他們指出，若想有真普選，便要與政府重新立約，且市民有權修訂《基本法》，希望藉著焚燒《基本法》，宣示「全民制憲」。
民眾更提出三個檢驗香港民主派的條件：捍衞本土利益，不能妥協或退讓，共同對抗外來政權。

| 愛滋治療費用占疾管局總預算五成 監委促檢討

【吳家翔／台北報導】監委調查指出，我國愛滋病醫療及防治經費目前全數來自政府預算，又愛滋病醫療費用預算逐年成長，愛滋病患者治療費用逐年上升已達疾管局總預算五成，又該局近3年連年積欠健保局愛滋醫療委託代辦費用，恐有排擠該局其他法定傳染病防疫、患者治療與造成健保財務負擔之虞，疾管局應檢討現行法令妥適性或研議相關改善措施，以為因應。
監委指出，疾管局委託健保局代辦愛滋病治療費用，自2008年開始撥付不足，且累積撥付不足金額持續增加，自2008年至去年累積積欠的金額分別為：0.2億元、4.7億元、7.4億元、15億元及28.6億元，已逐漸侵蝕健保財源。

永遠相信自己！這或許是「小飛俠」布萊恩(Kobe Bryant)給人的最大印象。這位總是保持高度自信的洛杉磯湖人一哥日前在接受訪問時，坦言這次的阿基里斯腱傷勢給了他新的啟發，但布萊恩仍堅定的表示，「我能再維持3年的明星級高水準表現！」
根據最新消息，布萊恩本人已經逐步從阿基里斯腱傷勢中復原，目前這位湖人一哥甚至已經回到球場練投，顯然正積極的朝下季的開幕戰「回歸」目標邁進。
布萊恩在接受Lakers.com專訪時表示，他相信自己至少能以現有的高水準表現再打3年。
「我相當有信心，自己能以高水準再打3年，我知道我能恢復健康，然後準備上場，我知道我能帶來什麼，而且能輕鬆的做到，至少再3年。」布萊恩如此說道。
布萊恩也透露，馬刺在本季差點奪下隊史第5冠，也給了自己一些啟發，「對我們這些老傢伙來說，只要能團結一心，為了一個目的在場上拚鬥，美好的事就會發生。」布萊恩繼續說道，「這鼓舞了我，希望也能讓洛杉磯這座城市與球團受到啟發。」
征戰NBA長達17季之久的布萊恩，個人生涯得分已經來到31617分，位居聯盟史上第4，只要傷勢恢復正常，2013-14賽季就能超越排名第三的「籃球大帝」喬丹(Michael Jordan)的32292分。
如果情況真如小飛俠所言，他能維持水準再打3季，布萊恩甚至能向賈霸(Kareem Abdul-Jabbar)所保有的個人38387分紀錄挑戰扣關。

【大紀元2013年07月03日訊】(大紀元記者程木蘭綜合報導)美國消費者持續對購買新車的胃口不減。根據購車網站Edmunds.com估計，美國新車銷售較去年同期增加6.3％，增速為5年來高點。更令人振奮的是，汽車出口量刷新紀錄，成了推動美國出口貿易額的商品。
週二(2日)，美國汽車製造商頻傳捷報。福特汽車(Ford)6月份國內銷量就去年同期增長13％，通用汽車(GM)增長6.5％，而克萊斯勒(Chrysler)增長8.2%。
破產重整後 更具國際競爭力
四年前美國政府主導克萊斯勒、通用汽車破產重整業務，如今意外促成美國汽車出口熱潮。藉由關閉無利可圖的工廠以及較疲軟的美元匯率，使得美國製造的汽車更具國際競爭力。
據統計，全美約有44座大型汽車裝配廠。運往海外的轎車和卡車數量，相當於3至4座大型裝配廠的年產能。
美國汽車出口量創新紀錄
過去一向進口大量汽車到美國市場的本田汽車(Honda Motor)，開始逆向操作，將自北美出口更多的汽車。預計2014年年底前，出口數量將超過進口自日本的數量。
根據美國國貿局(U.S. International Trade Administration)數據，去年美國汽車廠出口超過100萬輛汽車和輕型卡車，創高紀錄，且是2003年數量的三倍以上。
改善的勞動成本和重組產能不佳的工廠，使美國生產力在全球市場上更具優勢。汽油價格降低也助長了這一項出口量。
克萊斯勒專注國際市場
到2014年年底，克萊斯勒(Chrysler)希望每年出口多達50萬輛到北美以外其他市場，超過2012年21萬輛的兩倍。克萊斯勒的出口車輛絕大多數出自美國製造廠。
克萊斯勒吉普車系(Jeep)的首席執行官曼利(Mike Manley)表示，該廠將更專注於國際市場。意大利汽車製造商菲亞特（Fiat SpA）擁有克萊斯勒58.5%多數股權。克萊斯勒利用其母公司的據點在俄羅斯、中國等世界其他市場銷售，「我們更積極運用現有的資源促進增長。」
當然，美國汽車進口額仍然超過出口額。美國去年汽車貿易逆差達1,055億美元，約是汽車出口到海外510億美元金額的兩倍。同時，美國汽車業貿易額只佔美國貿易逆差的一小部分。2012年僅佔14.5%，降自1987年的22%。
本田利用匯差 加強美國廠產能
去年，本田從北美出口了9萬輛汽車。趁著美國的工廠擴張和較疲軟的美元，其最終目標是年出口量增加到20萬輛以上。週一(1日)外匯，一美元約兌換99.64日圓，遠低於2007年時兌換的120日圓。
在某些方面看，通用汽車(GM)和福特(Ford)從來不認為需要出口。他們算是早期全球化製造商，上個世紀初就在歐洲和世界各地設廠。
