| 目擊弟弟被綁架 8歲女童遭綁匪砍斷手

【綜合報導】印度一名8歲女童烏茲瑪雅拉(Uzma Ara)，目擊4歲弟弟被綁架，成為歹徒攻擊目標，在和爸爸前往警局報案前，女童突然遭綁匪攻擊砍下右手臂，女童隨即被送往醫院治療。
這起事件要從數個月前說起，女童的爸爸經營裁縫店，表示當地混混向他收取30萬印度幣的保護費，他報警處理但警方都未受理，他只好乖乖付錢，但混混食髓知味，提高保護費，爸爸拒絕再付，他們就綁架4歲兒子，爸爸決定直接投訴最高首長處理，沒想到女兒卻成攻擊目標。
目前警方已展開調查，緝捕匪徒尋找被綁男童的下落。

【賴又嘉／台北報導】媚登峰負責人因涉嫌販賣過期保健食品及化妝品给會員，負責人莊雅清昨(3日)晚移送北檢複訊後，遭檢方依詐欺、偽造文書等罪諭令10萬元交保。莊雅清今(4日)凌晨步出地檢署表示：「謝謝大家關心，我們會徹查，會還給會員一個公道。」隨即搭車離去。
媚登峰集團遭內部員工檢舉，指高層明知部分保健食品已過期，竟要求員工向會員推銷販賣，還涉嫌盜刻會員印章，偷向國稅局查會員財力證明，昨遭檢調搜索、約談。

| 歐股盤後－銀行與再保險類股領跌 Stoxx 600指數收低0.4%

歐股周二(2)日下跌，幾乎回吐昨(1)日漲幅，銀行類股與再保險類股則帶領大盤走弱。德國醫療設備制造商Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KgaA(FME-DE)則是今日跌深個股其中之一。

歐洲Stoxx 600指數收跌0.4%至287.13。
Fresenius今日股價猛跌8.6%，收49.702歐元，因美國衛生暨公眾服務部(Department of Health and Human Services)表示可能自今(2013)年起減少付予洗腎中心的費用。目前，Fresenius在全美各地皆有經營洗腎中心。
分析師表示，在英國和歐洲兩地央行開會前夕，以及在美國公布6月就業數據之前，交易商的態度日漸謹慎。
經紀商亦須為今日大盤跌勢負部份責任。德國公用事業公司RWE AG(RWE-DE)股價收低4.43%至22.31歐元，因其股票評等遭摩根士丹利(Morgan Stanley)(MS-US)自「優於大盤」降至「中立」且價格目標被從每股36歐元砍降至28歐元。
保險類股股價也表現不佳。
根據摩根大通嘉誠(JPMorgan Cazenove)的預估，天災再保險表現將出現10%降幅，並將關鍵再保險業者的明(2014)年每股稅後盈餘(EPS)預測值降低。
漢諾威再保(Hannover Re)(HNR1-DE)跟慕尼黑再保(Munich Re)(MUV2-DE)的股票評等被由「中立」降至「劣於大盤」，股價分別收跌3.26%與2.83%。瑞士再保(Swiss Re AG)(SREN-CH)也被從「優於大盤」降評至「中立」，股價收黑1.56%。
今日，希臘ASE指數收低3.24%至823.83，跌幅居歐股之冠，因《路透社》(Reuters)報導指出，有「三頭馬車」(Troika)之稱的國際借貸業者對該國發出了限期3天的最後通牒。
德國DAX-30則是區域內另個跌深指數，收跌0.92%至7910.77，Fresenius和慕尼黑再保是拖累大盤的主要個股。
至於出現漲勢的個股，英國精品業者Burberry Group Plc.(BRBY-UK)股價因匯豐(HSBC Holdings Plc.)(HSBA-UK)(HBC-US)分析師將其股票評等自「中立」升至「優於大盤」而收漲2.93%至1405便士。
FTSE-100指數今日也相較其他多數指數表現來得好，小幅收低0.06%至6303.94。
金融類股則在歐洲普遍見到跌勢。英國勞埃德銀行(Lloyds Banking Group Plc.)(LLOY-UK)股價收黑1.69%至62.95便士。
法國CAC-40指數也收跌0.66%至3742.57，製藥集團賽諾菲-安萬特(Sanofi-Aventis SA)(SAN-FR)以及煉油業者Total SA(FP-FR)則為指數主要拖累者，分別收黑1.31%跟0.95%。
法國興業銀行(Societe Generale SA)(GLE-FR)亦同樣加入金融類股走跌的頹勢，以下跌1.18%作收。

(請先參考舊文/精華區文獻後再提問) (問題文請將問題描述清楚,以便版友回答) (驅動問題,可以先GOOGLE,別小看GOOGLE哦^^;舊文中也有教學) -------------------------------------上以三行PO文請刪除 廠牌:Toshiba 型號:z930 購入日期:2013/6/28 距上次使用正常時間:目前仍在使用中 OS版本:win 8 平常作業內容: 文書處理、上網 有無內建還原功能(Y/N):Y 問題內容: 新買筆電不到七天，記得好像是剛買隔天(6/29)就發生一次完全死當 螢幕完全維持一模一樣的畫面跟亮度，但滑鼠什麼的完全沒有用 windows工作管理員也叫不出來，就是完全性靜止 當時我就按電源鍵關掉電腦後重開 沒想到昨天(7/2)又發生一模一樣的問題 這次因為剛好左下角的時間有亮起來，可以看到時間一直停格在19:30 我讓它維持了約莫二十分鐘多，總之就是維持一樣的靜止狀態， 沒有什麼噪音或其他異狀，也沒有顯示什麼錯誤等等 這兩次的死當都沒有任何前兆，發生之前我頂多也不過是上網、做投影片等等 發生之後都只能關掉電源重開，但電腦重開後也沒有顯示什麼問題 只有chrome會說上次未正常關閉 目前已經先拿去給經銷商換記憶體(購買時加了kingston的記憶體) 打算明天自己跑一趟送去toshiba做測試，但因為發生頻率不算高也沒有前兆 有點擔心燒機測試回來說沒問題但後來又死當 (萬一下回再這樣就打算就讓它停格在那然後直接送去給他們看 XDD) 不曉得有沒有版友碰過這種狀況? 爬文看到有版友win 8 死當，結論好像沒有下文還是說可能和SSD有關?? 不好意思，在這裡向大家請教了，謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.93.6
