男與國一女友嘿咻懷孕 賠20萬判2年

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市彭姓男子2011年8月間在臉書結交13歲小女友，隔年4月彭男載少女到家裡聊天，兩人情不自禁發生性關係，也造成少女懷孕。因少女孕吐，其母帶去婦產科檢查，發現女兒懷孕五周，並讓少女人工流產。少女母事後怒控彭男性侵。
 
少女出庭表示，母親節當天她到醫院做人工流產時，痛到無法走路，媽媽要照顧她，沒辦法外去買東西，少女打電話給彭男買東西來，順便來照顧她。結果彭男僅關心她孩子打掉沒，沒有安慰她，還張揚他賭贏了三百元。少女母也表示，女兒只是要彭男來陪她，但彭卻說很忙，正當別人開心的過母親節時，她還要照顧小產的女兒，他很不負責任。
 
法官考量，彭男坦承犯行，且事後提出20萬元賠償少女家人，也獲諒解，少女母也在庭上求情，因他年輕，也有照月匯款賠償，因此盼能輕判，因此依對未滿14歲少女性交罪判處二年，緩刑5年，期間保護管束。

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】台中市議員吳瓊華今天在議事堂上送胡市長拳擊手套，她說胡市長已經打下「世界的大台中」，但還有很多建設尚未完成，希望他下屆市長選舉為了台中市民，「戴上手套，再次出擊」。市長胡志強應市議員要求戴上拳擊手套，但笑說議員太急，其他四個可能對手都還沒有人宣布要選。

大家好~ 我目前在職進修所以算學生吧~ 目前看到兩個方案~ 現在台哥大401.....但是帳單常常500UP QQ~ 中華的是 589 半價 網內外送122分鐘,不能沿用 + 350(5G) 超過會收到550~ 我朋友中華的門號不多~家人只有一個,我爸,自從我有手機快15年來,打給他不到20次QQ 遠傳是389半價 網內前5分鐘免費 往外送40分鐘沒打完可沿用一個月+網路499 (吃到飽) 我打算搭一隻0元手機然後賣掉~我兩個姊姊都是遠傳,我媽好像也是..... 女友目前也是台哥大,現在決定說我先NP,她兩個月後也NP跟我一樣的~ 1.我現在是跳中華,可是她現在不是中華也不能熱線~雖然方案到2014年~ 到兩個月後再一起辦~ 2.我現在跳遠傳,她兩個月後可以NP遠傳使用月租抵免,她不用智慧型手機 可以用網內互打免費的方案~挑網外送比較多的~ 她的朋友群跟家人也沒有說哪家門號比較多的~等於都網外 而我租屋處,公司,老家 通通都有 wifi ~ 我自己又是seednet 固網用戶~ 這樣哪個方案對我還說比較好啊QQ 感覺好像都差不多......... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.204.94.101

政府基金委外代操獲利不如定存　近10年僅獲利20億

【吳家翔／台北報導】監委調查指出，政府四大基金委外操作國內權益證券金額龐大，去年底高達4909億元，但代操績效甚差，無論1年、3年、5年、10年期的年度報酬率，竟全部劣於自行運用，又中長期委外代操的報酬率，在絕大多數年度，都不如一年期定存利率，相對於各政府基金自行運用，近10年出售收益計1115億元，委外代操卻僅獲利20億元。

監院今糾正勞委會、勞工退休基金監理會、勞工保險局、內政部、中華郵政股份有限公司，並要求各基金的主管機關應檢討委外代操績效欠佳的原因，並謀求改善對策。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】台中市多位民眾購買TOYOTA CAMRY轎車後，遭他人持偽造證件補發行照後再到遠東銀行冒貸，民進黨立委林佳龍今陪同受害者舉行記者會指出，五月底郭小姐向台中巿議員何文海陳情，經記者會披露後，又接獲何先生、林小姐的投訴一模一樣遭遇，同款車、同銀行、同樣犯罪模式，遭冒貸百萬元。林佳龍痛批，這已不是單一個案，他質疑這可能是集團性的弊案，要求相關單位徹查。

郭小姐說，遭冒貸後，她向監理所調閱資料，承辦人員竟以《個資法》婉拒，「假冒的人隨便就可貸款，本人卻連調資料都不行？」假冒的身分證上，卻連地址都不符。受害人林小姐也出示真假身分證影本，除照片不同外，條碼也不同，她質疑，明顯錯誤為何監理所還能補發行照？

台中監理所所長陳聰乾表示，全力配合警方調查偵辦，若相關人員涉案一定不會規避責任，也向大眾致歉，未來也會強化第一線人員查核訓練；不過，陳強調，道高一 尺、魔高一丈，監理所也是受害者，但此言引發受害者不滿。交通部監理科科長林義勝緩頰表示，第一時間也轉全國各監理站單位，留意身分證件查驗，加強第一線把關。

註:標題的"順暢度"不知正確用詞，我的意思是滑的時候會不會很靈敏、反應迅速。 目前還是用智障型手機 原本7/1就要NP 然後辦大嬸，但想了一下還是想說再等一陣子 主要是還在猶豫要換哪一支 因為平常都是拿親朋好友的來划(iPhone & Samsung) 對智慧型手機還不是很了解，如果用詞有誤請指教@@" 去了神腦滑了一下許多非apple牌子的手機，但感覺換頁的流暢度沒有apple的順暢(快速?) 不知道是不是貼膜的關係，但有幾款還算順 而購買意願很高的Sony不知道為什麼都好難滑，因為在Z & ZL 猶豫，所以只滑這2台 換頁速度輕滑還算OK，可是手指緊貼著滑有點難滑且比較慢，所以在懷疑是不是膜的關係? 還是本來就比apple慢一點呢? ▲為了測試滑的靈敏度，我用遊戲Mandora測試(應該OK吧?) 　Mandora（拔蘿蔔的遊戲）：http://ppt.cc/4YOE 本來想抓Mandora在Z上面試試看，但因為要登入PLAY商店沒有帳密就沒有試 ZL則是已經有登入PLAY商店，所以就抓下來試玩，感覺還是比iPhone不順，好幾個都拔不 起來 不知道是貼膜的影響，還是本來就不好滑？？ 另外，是不是同款每支手機之間又有差異(例如裝什麼程式，還是刷機的? 對刷機不太懂) 因為我之前用我朋友的S3玩mandora超順超好拔， 但用我表妹的S3玩mandora很常拔不起來。 雖然我覺得我買智慧型手機的話，遊戲應該比較不常玩，常常抓下來玩不到5分鐘就刪掉 但等人(or打發時間)時玩遊戲，結果這麼不順也玩不太開心... 題外話: 神腦的Z是白Z，可能是他貼膜貼的很失敗，美感盡失...返到是黑色膜型機美多了 很想看看實體裸機的白Z跟紫Z，想看的話神腦店員會拒絕嗎?還是要買才會給顧客看? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.38.100.129

請問wp8是...? 因為一開始是考慮i5但又想要大螢幕，於是轉而尋找Android的手機 HTC不考慮的情況下，就轉而尋找SONY及Samsung S4， 本來很喜歡S4但看板上的討論感覺又沒那麼好，才轉而去看SONY CP值很高的ZL 接著又發現Z能防水，就想說這兩支(Z、ZL去比較就好) 還是有更推薦的呢(滑起來順是基本的要求@@)? 價位在這附近 如果愛抓一堆APP會拖垮順暢度嗎? 一開始爬文以為只有iPhone能這樣操， 但爬文爬多了有看到Android也是可以克服，是這樣嗎?是要抓其他軟體去克服還是刷機? ※ 編輯: carol41112 來自: 114.38.100.129 (07/04 15:14)

【綜合報導】警方掃黃也要好賭技！警據報台中市大雅區1家越南店涉玩脫衣陪酒，3名臥底警員喬裝客人前天晚間到該店，與越南妹鄭骰子比大小，只花600元賭資，3名女子輸到脫光光，警方秀出身分逮人，訊後仍依妨害風化罪嫌送辦。

警方輸一把給小姐100元、女生輸一把脫掉1件衣物，才玩了半小時，3名坐檯越南妹輸到全身脫光光，警察只付600元就達成任務，警員趕緊拍照蒐證，3女當場嚇傻。

上禮拜新買了一台主機 系統是灌學校的win7企業版 今天按了關機後更新的鍵 但系統更新到一半就一直停在 “嚴重錯誤 c0190003 套用更新操作 8770/105851（x86_microsoft-windows-comd…）畫面 數十分鐘都不動 請問怎麼會這樣呢新電腦的說QQ 本來想說只是跑慢一點畫面停格但快半小時都沒動靜 看來我現在只能強制關機了… -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.139.222.86

可能因為Apple的ios devices是通通用ios系統，而且只有apple才能用ios系統；但android系統卻是眾多手機廠都有使用的。所以從根本來說，Apple就跟android眾多手機廠不同(如Samsung,Sony,HTC等）
Android手機廠會舉行發表會通常是為了發表年度新機，至於軟體更新只會發新聞稿。
個人觀察意見，有錯請指正。
補充一點，所有作法都有其目的，那你認為為什麼蘋果要舉行軟體更新發表而Sony卻沒有；甚至ios更新名曰開發者大會，從這些角度可看出Google、Apple和Sony等公司面向的不同。
