 【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】林姓男子9年前運安非他命到日本，在日本成田海關被查獲，被日本法院判刑8年定讞。

林男在日服刑期間，因不服監所人員管理，又埋怨我國駐日代表處人員照顧不周，不斷寄信到駐日代表馮寄台辦公處恐嚇「我回台灣後要到拿汽油彈到日橋學校丟擲，開槍射殺日本人小孩」、「馮大代表，回台後要槍殺觀光客和日本貴族。」
 
去年8月刑滿前，林男又寫信給在台日本代表處領事部，恫稱「不咬死你們這群只有官性沒有人性的官僚誓不甘心，槍殺在台日人學童。」林男前後共寄出8封恐嚇信，台灣駐日代表處人員報案後，去年於林出獄後直接逮捕林返國，台中地檢署今依《違反毒品危害防制條例》、恐嚇等罪將林提起公訴。

【吳秀樺／台北報導】台灣顯示器產業聯合總會（TDUA）進行理監事聯席會議改選，仍由面板雙虎領軍，友達（2409）光電總經理彭双浪連任第2屆理事長，群創（3481）光電總經理王志超、工研院顯示中心主任程章林續任副理事長，新任副理事長為志聖工業董事長梁茂生。
 
隨著手機、電子書、平板電腦等可攜式手持裝置大受市場歡迎，在產品訴求輕薄的趨勢下，顯示器技術話題持續受到關注，TDUA 在2012年更加以擴大籌辦Touch Taiwan展覽會以及FPD International Taiwan 一系列國際研討會，積極努力開拓顯示器產業鏈上下游廠商的國際視野，穩健鞏固台灣顯示器產業在國際上的地位與根基。
 
根據工研院IEK ITIS計畫調查統計，2013年第1季台灣面板關鍵零組件產值達到1286.9億元，產業界從業人數方面，其中顯示器相關的產業，包含彩色濾光片、偏光板、玻璃基板、背光模組更是牽動台灣上下游廠商的產業發展。

【陳啟明／桃園機場報導】日本男星福山雅治今天下午1點40分搭機抵台，一抵達桃園機場管制區內，就有不少粉絲在管制區苦苦等候，甚至有高齡70歲的日本粉絲也專程從日本搭機來台追星，相當高人氣。
 
福山雅治一抵達機場大廳，300名粉絲一同尖叫吶喊，歡迎他來台灣，他也開心向粉絲揮手致意，向大家致謝。

【陳冠宇／台北報導】今天凌晨12時許，台北市忠誠路巷內發生一起墜樓事件，現場為一老婦人自住家九樓跳下，送醫時已失去生命跡象，目前仍在急救中。

據警方調查，70多歲的老婦人疑似為久病厭世才會想不開尋短，目前警方將對老婦人的家屬製作筆錄，了解詳細原因。

【施春美╱台北報導】為鼓勵民眾多騎自行車，北市交通局停管處即日起擴大免費架設自行車架的範圍，由目前幫學校、行政機關架設停車架，擴大為企業、社區、商辦大樓的開放空間均可申請架設，並提供後續免費維修服務，但企業等自行車架也不得向使用者收費。停管處預計今年將架設至少1500個自行車架，盼藉由解決建築物附設自行車停車空間不足，讓更多民眾加入自行車族行列。
 
停管處科長鍾惠存表示，北市目前在學校、行政機關、公園等公共空間，設置2.2萬多格自行車停車位，另之前在北市隆德天下國宅、南港軟體園區、信義新城社區的開放空間，設置共140個自行車格位，民眾反應良好。考量現有建築法規未強制建築物應附設自行車停放空間，自行車族要臨時停放不便，因此即日起開放民間免費申請，目前不限制隔位數與經費上限。

【張麗娜／台北報導】行政院前院長游錫堃下午出席民進黨華山會議前受訪表示，中國社科院台研所所長余克禮可以在台灣人面前，公然表達「反對台灣獨立」一樣，民進黨人到中國也應該勇於表達跟堅持「台灣跟中國是國與國關係」，台灣不是中國的地方政府；民進黨應該要有自信在維持台灣國家地位，和促進兩岸和平交流和平並進，不管如何，對於台灣主權不應該自我矮化、遮遮掩掩。

游說， 台海兩岸的交流是在全球化之下的一個現實，也是一種趨勢，任何個人及政治勢力都沒有辦法阻擋，台海兩岸的政治主張嚴重歧異，也是一個活生生的現實。他也說，在這樣的情形下，台灣和中國交流在未來一定是無法限制，雖然兩岸政治嚴重歧異，但是對兩岸和平交流的影響也愈來愈少，民進黨應該要有自信維持台灣的國家地位和促進兩岸和平交流可以同時並進。
