【楊景婷／台北報導】李國修病逝，子弟兵夏于喬今回憶恩師，她說上個月曾去看《半里長城》加演場，見到老師消瘦的背影，竟認不出他，夏于喬說：「如果知道的話，我希望可以好好抱著他。」她也感嘆：「這2天看了很多畫面，常覺得阿伯（李國修暱稱）就坐在我旁邊，他教我不論做人、做事都要專心，想哭就哭，想笑就笑，也讓我個性不再那麼ㄍ一ㄥ。」

【徐珮君／台北報導】在行政院靜坐一夜的大埔自救會今天仍堅守不退，上午舉行記者會痛批苗栗縣政府公然說謊，政大地政系教授徐世榮說，3年前他也有代表大埔民眾到政院協商，當時的院長、現任副總統吳敦義允諾保留24戶，沒有任何條件，現在有一堆前題，徐批吳使用詐術，質問吳：「你有沒有人格？」徐憤怒的高喊「一分一毫土地都不退讓！」
即將在5日被強制拆遷的住戶張森文在大太陽下痛哭說，他家只有6坪，養3個小孩，房子被拆該怎麼辦？他沒有犯法，政府為甚麼要這樣對待小老百姓！請行政院長江宜樺主持公道，不要放任苗栗縣長劉政鴻欺壓百姓！

| 快報！美媒：曼尼加盟遊騎兵

【謝岱穎／綜合報導】根據《達拉斯晨報》 的最新消息，上半季協助義大犀牛奪下冠軍、6月21日才離開的曼尼(Manny Ramirez)將與德州遊騎兵簽下一紙小聯盟合約，並將分發到3A的朗德羅克快車隊，努力尋求回大聯盟之路，不過遊騎兵與藍鳥的3A不屬於同一聯盟，因此曼尼與王建民不會有交手機會。
關於曼尼的新歸屬，《達拉斯晨報》的來源是「小聯盟相關人士」，但官方正式尚未正式回應，關於合約內容與其他細節，將靜待進一步消息。

| 馬沙溝音樂節 大咖歌手接力唱

〔自由時報記者黃博郎／新營報導〕「台南馬沙溝音樂節」訂於七月十二、十三日在馬沙溝濱海遊憩區登場，集結張震嶽、戴佩妮等知名歌手演出，去年一天活動即吸引二萬多人參與，今年預估人數將暴增。
在動感舞者的「MASAGO健康搖」與歌手葛洛力悠揚的歌聲下，主辦單位昨天向各界宣布今年請到海洋音樂祭創辦人張四十三擔任總策劃，將帶領年輕人HIGH翻南台灣。
台南市副市長顏純左表示，去年馬沙溝音樂節首次舉辦便吸引二萬一千多人，今年延長為兩天，卡司更豐富，加上套裝主題行程、日本來回機票抽獎，將吸引更多人參加。觀光旅遊局長陳俊安強調，未來希望延長為三天。
張四十三認為，台南馬沙溝音樂節可創造南部音樂人表演舞台，並以此為起點，大聲向全台灣宣布：「今年海洋不在台北，只在台南！」
台南馬沙溝音樂節活動期間入園一律免費，參加活動即可領取摸彩券，最大獎為日本來回機票加富士音樂祭門票。

【張芳榮／台北報導】戶外意外事故發生時，警方往往因相驗、蒐證等程序，讓僅用白布蓋住的死者大體曝屍街頭，引來民眾圍觀，讓家屬更悲痛，為了維護往生者的尊嚴與隱私，台北市警局鑑識中心自創「刑案現場大體帷幕」，不再讓大體日曬雨淋，其支架以快扣方式組合成立方體，拆除、組合便利，黑色防水頂蓋隔熱效果好，帷幕外側還印製反光標誌，夜間也可使用。
