| 日媒爆料 首相夫人結交中國間諜

【綜合報導】根據日本「週刊文春」最新報導指出，日本前首相鳩山由紀夫及首相安倍晉三的夫人安倍昭惠，和中國間諜吳汝俊關係密切，週刊文春以「操控鳩山由紀夫、安倍昭惠的中國間諜」為標題報導。
中國政府相關人士透露，50歲的吳汝俊是北京中國現代國際關係研究院（CICIR）的情報員，9歲進入京劇團，1984年從中國戲曲學院畢業，25歲和大他21歲的日本女人結婚，婚後旅居日本成為音樂家，出演多場由中國駐日大使館贊助的中日交流活動。2002年正式在日本出道，開始在各地公演。吳汝俊和前首相鳩山夫婦關係密切，鳩山曾4度訪問中國。
安倍昭惠於1996年認識吳汝俊，2006年安倍昭惠還曾在他的陪同下到北京一遊。安倍昭惠接受週刊電話採訪時表示，吳汝俊絕對不是間諜，他從未問過有關政治的事，而且她也曾聽說過吳汝俊是間諜的傳言，無論他是不是，她從沒告訴吳汝俊任何有關安倍的事。
不過日本早稻田大學客座教授春名幹男表示，間諜是想在很自然的對話當中獲取重要情資，像是首相安倍的身體情況、交友關係等，認為安倍昭惠未免太沒戒心。

【簡威弘／新北報導】今天中午12時許，新店區青潭國小圍牆外路樹上，民眾發現1顆跟籃球一樣大的蜂窩，新店消防分隊獲報，到場發現是虎頭蜂窩，且高度高達3層樓高，立即加派雲梯車支援。
警消先疏散附近住戶，拉起封鎖線以防民眾靠近受傷，隨後由2名警消穿著全套捕蜂衣，升上雲梯後，持火把燒毀蜂窩，並以水柱撲滅火星，水火夾攻，花了1個多小時順利將它摘除，讓住戶與學童免受虎頭蜂威脅。

| 歐洲央行：低利率將維持一段時間 激勵歐股大漲

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】歐洲央行總裁德拉吉今晚在例行利率會議後的記者會上表示，為壓低歐洲國家舉債成本、歐元區經濟復甦，低利率將延長一段時間。
歐洲央行今天將基準利率維持0.5%。德拉吉表示，歐洲央行主要利率維持在目前或更低水準，會再延長一段時間；歐元區經濟風險持續處於下行，如果有必要，貨幣政策立場將繼續維持寬鬆。
德拉吉談話有利投資人信心，歐洲主要股市今天明顯反彈，德國股市與法國股市大漲近2%。英國股市漲幅更大，一度接近3%。美國股市因為獨立紀念日而休市一日。

| 食品療效廣告 罰款提高至500萬

【大紀元2013年07月04日訊】（大紀元記者賴友容台灣台南報導）台灣坊間經常充斥著誇稱具有減肥、瘦身或豐胸等涉療效的違規食品廣告，南市於今年1-6月處分食品違規廣告共61件，罰鍰金額579萬元，衛生局呼籲，民眾不聽信、不買誇大不實或涉療效的食品。
食品衛生管理法修正案已於今年6月19日經總統公布實施，已加重食品違規標示、宣傳、廣告、或宣稱醫療效能，其罰鍰已從原本20萬至100萬元，提高到60萬至500萬罰則。
南市衛生局提醒民眾，對於誇大功效或宣稱具醫藥效能的食品廣告，都應提高警覺。依據衛生署規定，食品標示、宣傳或廣告不得有誇張、易生誤解或宣稱醫療效能情形，不得宣稱預防、改善、減輕、治療疾病或生理等，已涉及食品違規廣告。◇

| 台尼貿易量大增 馬英九強調自由貿易成果

【晏明強／台北報導】馬英九總統上午接見尼加拉瓜外交部長桑多士（Samuel Santos Lopez），他說，中華民國與尼加拉瓜前幾年簽訂自由貿易協定（FTA），生效5年多來，雙方的貿易額大幅成長，去年增加將近1億美元，這也是兩國恢復邦交以來最高的數字，每年的成長都有11.6%。
馬英九強調，台尼FTA使台灣成為尼加拉瓜在亞洲最大的市場，也是尼國全球第十大的出口市場，我們在台灣能夠吃得到來自於尼國鮮嫩多汁的牛肉、還有香味四溢的咖啡，「這都是雙方在貿易自由化之後所得到的成果」。

檢調獲報，知名美容集團媚登，販賣過期產品，盜刻會員印章偷查收入，還仲介密醫植牙賺暴利，因此搜索查扣20多項化妝品和保健食品，最嚴重的甚至過期3年，負責人莊雅清涉嫌詐欺、偽造文書，複訊後10萬元交保，今天她兩度出面喊冤，否認竄改產品的有效日期，還說盜刻印章是員工的個人行為，集團高層都不知情。
過期產品風波，逼哭了莊雅清，她率領媚登總經理和1名店經理，向社會大眾鞠躬道歉，再三強調員工行為不檢，高層都不知情，但莊雅清仍被檢調鎖定偵辦。
3日晚間，她被帶回北檢，還跟檢察官哭求改過的機會，偵訊後以10萬元交保，神情相當低落，收拾情緒後，隔天她兩度出面喊冤。
但根據檢調搜索媚登總公司與分公司的結果，查扣產品中的潔膚霜和面膜嚴重過期，2010年4月就到期，保健食品也有問題，包括活采優骨素、御梨寶飲品、御母寶飲品都過期1年，總計3項食品過期，依法可罰6萬元到1500萬元;22項化妝品過期，依法可罰6萬元到150萬元;還有29項的有效期限標示，疑似遭到換貼，最高可罰10萬元;如果媚登峰明知產品過期，還賣給不知情的消費者，觸犯詐欺罪。
除此之外，檢調查出，媚登涉嫌盜刻會員印章，向國稅局查個人收入，找「肥羊」推銷美容課程，還仲介會員給密醫植牙，事後抽成，分別觸犯偽造文書和醫師法，莊雅清否認仲介牟利，至於盜刻印章偷查會員資料，她也堅持是員工個人行為，與她無關。
