【劉人瑋／台東報導】屬於瀕臨絕種的1級保育類動物黃鸝鳥，今天傍晚5時30分被發現有雛鳥從10公尺高巢墜落，臥地雛鳥不斷叫喚著親鳥，但鳥爸爸和鳥媽媽只能望著小鳥，無能為力。
在附近觀察的台東野鳥學會人員發現後，立即商請工程公司贊助吊車，由鳥會人員戴著手套將小鳥捧起，連人帶鳥上吊車後將雛鳥送回巢中，過程全被站在枝頭的鳥爸爸看在眼裡，所幸過程一切順利，小鳥也順利回家吃晚餐。
鳥會人員表示，疑因風大加上小鳥長大，鳥巢相對太小，雛鳥送回後又差點被擠出來，將派員留守觀察。

| 酒醉哥返家 持刀殺傷妹妹

【簡威弘／新北報導】新北市新店區1名50多歲黃姓男子，今天傍晚5時許騎車到三民路的妹妹家，全身酒味的他竟突然拿出水果刀，往妹妹(48歲)身上刺去，妹妹閃躲不及，下巴遭殺傷而血流不止，黃男動手後急忙從5樓往下跑並騎車逃逸，隨後妹妹也跟著跑到樓下向路人求救。
附近住戶先是幫忙撿起兇刀，再通報警方，救護人員趕抵後立即將妹妹送往新店耕莘醫院救治後無大礙。
妹妹向警方表示，動手的是2哥，有精障方面疾病，2哥與家人平常鮮少來往，回家後不知為何就從她身後靠近，才轉身看就被刀殺傷了，警方目前正積極追查黃男下落，以釐清案情。

| 日發現7陸艦 研判中俄將軍演

日本防衛省今天宣布，中國海軍驅逐艦、護衛艦等7艘軍艦從對馬附近北上。日本研判，這7艘中國軍艦將於5至12日在海參崴附近與俄羅斯軍方進行聯合演習。
日本防衛省統合幕僚監部表示，日本海上自衛隊的P3C反潛機昨天下午4時（台灣時間3時）左右，發現在長崎縣的下對馬西南方約150公里處海域有7艘中國軍艦航行。其中包括被喻為中國版神盾艦的新型軍艦「旅洋2型」。
這7艘軍艦後來穿越位於對馬及壹岐之間的對馬海峽，隨後駛離日本海。這7艘軍艦通行的是公海，在國際法上沒有問題。日本防衛省表示，上一次中國軍艦通過對馬海峽是在2011年8月。

| 楊秋興加入國民黨 避談參選高雄市長

【徐珮君／台北報導】行政院政務委員楊秋興上午到國民黨中央遞交入黨申請書，楊說，他於1976年加入國民黨，過去「因理念不合而離開，現在因理念契合回來」，一切都是「因緣」。不過，被問到入黨後是否參選高雄市長？楊低調說，還有一年半時間，目標不必鎖定我，「如有更適當、更有勝算的人選，我也是有實力的轎夫，也可抬轎！」
至於被問到現在是藍營參選高雄市長民調最高的人選，楊也認為，還有一年半時間，民調不準，只能參考，「坐轎不比抬轎輕鬆。」
外界質疑楊在政院說明入黨問題是否黨政不分？楊強調，他上午到黨中央有請假一小時，現在出來說明是應媒體要求出來，如果主動召開記者會就不行！楊秋興原本要在記者室說明，也臨時改在走廊。
楊秋興證實申請加入國民黨，對於參選高雄市長則不願鬆口，僅表示坐轎未必輕鬆，他也可以是抬轎的人。 胡瑞麒攝

高雄捷運與中華電(2412-TW)共同合作，將「一卡通」服務導入手機NFC應用，成為全國首張NFC手機交通票證。日後即可使用NFC手機搭乘捷運，也能透過手機隨時查詢票卡餘額或交易紀錄。

使用手機即可搭乘高雄捷運，一機在手暢遊無阻！高雄捷運與中華電(2412-TW)共同合作，將「一卡通」服務導入手機NFC（Near Field Communication）應用，成為全國首張NFC手機交通票證。日後即可使用NFC手機搭乘捷運，也能透過手機隨時查詢票卡餘額或交易紀錄。
高捷與中華電信今日(3日)於高捷美麗島站舉辦記者會，正式宣佈「一機在手」行動服務時代正式來臨！卡片資訊透過空中下載至手機SIM卡，即使更換手機也能繼續使用！
中華電信行通分公司總經理林國豐表示，在2008年於遠雄二代宅合作案便採用預載錄(perload)方式多種卡片服務導入手機SIM卡上，隨著SIM卡科技的發展、NFC手機的普及與可信任服務管理平台(TSM)規範標準的訂定，中華電信已完成國人第一套TSM系，讓國內業者能有一個更簡單、安全導入NFC應用的平台，提供空中下載(Over The Air; OTA)相關NFC應用服務，讓消費者享受創意且便利的NFC服務。
未來，民眾只要申請中華電信的特定SIM卡(Gemalto開發)、下載中華電信開發的Hami智慧錢包APP，即可透過中華電信的TSM平台取得一卡通金鑰認證，透過OTA空中下載技術，將一卡通票證下載到NFC手機中，即擁有最便利的大眾運輸通行證！
中華電信與高雄捷運將試辦全國首創的空中下載NFC手機交通票證服務，先於中華電信及高雄捷運進行員工服務測試。現場也將展示一卡通服務，體驗NFC手機帶來的便利性。
高捷「一卡通」累計發行量已超過350萬張，是南部最大電子票證。也整合台鐵、高市渡輪、高市公共自行車及北、中、南部公車客運皆可使用高捷一卡通搭乘，成為我國目前整合範圍最廣的票證系統。目前台鐵的香山-苗栗、後壁-善化路段已可開放使用，下一階段將擴至福隆－新竹間、南科－沙崙間、林內－南靖間、大湖－屏東間、六家線、平溪線、內灣線、竹東及內灣等區段」
高捷公司表示，除交通服務功能外，一卡通還可運用於門禁系統、高雄市高中職數位學生證以及圖書館借書證等多用途，未來一卡通票證公司成立後還可以進行小額消費，一卡通將逐步與生活上所需做更緊密的結合。
