【戴之聖／基隆報導】新北市瑞芳八分寮的山路傳出旅客車禍，初步了解，4男1女的香港遊客，共搭一輛休旅車，不慎從山路衝出邊坡，造成車上1名20多歲女性腳部疼痛，還有另名20多歲男性臉部擦傷、背部疼痛，2人幸無大礙，已送基隆長庚醫院檢查。

| 菸包錫箔紙換贈品 菸酒員工競賣菸

【綜合報導】董氏基金會昨指出，日前接獲台灣菸酒公司員工爆料，台灣菸酒公司要員工競賽購菸，以競賽之名促銷新菸品、以特惠價向員工促銷菸品、獎勵蒐集菸包錫箔紙換贈品等3行銷方式，籲政府硬起來，對台灣菸酒公司開罰。
董氏基金會昨指出，台灣菸商採用3種銷售方法，已經違反《菸害防制法》，分別可處500萬到2500萬元罰鍰，3項違規加起來最高可處7500萬元。

已經爬文過了，但板上推的我還是暈暈暈 先說一下用過的品牌 眼線膠筆區 1.solone 舊款－早上畫中午就暈了 2.solone 30秒－跟舊款差不多 3.英特鬼－早上出門還沒到公司就暈了... 4.muf－暈暈暈 眼線液區 1.媚比琳金蓋－很好畫顏色很飽合但是超暈，也是不到公司就暈了 2.k-palette－這個到下午變熊貓眼，而且很不防淚水，打個哈欠就有黑水 3.kiss me 紫紅管－可以撐到傍晚，但是顏色有點淺 4.Clio 眼線液 (筆頭比較粗那款)－早上化勉強可以撐到中午過後一點點 5.ZA－暈 6.夜店公主－這個是最強的，稱到隔天早上還屹立不搖，但很沾睫毛而且容易掉屑 7.夢絲嬌－跟夜店一樣很強到半夜都不暈，但是沾睫毛慘了，而且不易乾，畫到最後會 生氣 我比較想要的是眼線膠筆啊，畫起來很流暢又可以迅速完妝 口袋名單 1.solone 愛麗絲系列 (不死心想再給solone一次機會，畢竟它超好畫) 2.Clio 眼線膠筆 (板上推) 3.花娜小姐(板上推但朋友說很暈) 或是有人可以推薦其他的嗎？ 我的眼皮到底是有多油..... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.250.161

【綜合報導】吳亞馨自去年8月捲入李宗瑞淫照風波後，曾消沉一時，昨她和許維恩亮麗擔任日系美妝店形象大使。她被問有無聽過「土耳其版李宗瑞」？她撇說：「我前陣子出國，不知道發生什麼事。」深怕直白個性再惹禍。
她昨結束活動後坐上休旅車直奔大直，發現跟拍後，就在美麗華百貨前下車，換搭計程車到內湖文湖街某豪宅，該處與她去年底砸4千萬元買的4層樓透天住宅不同，她連忙解釋那豪宅「是朋友家」。

【黃揚明／台北報導】綠委段宜康今開記者會再爆，今年4月他爆機場捷運工程纜線發生斷裂，高鐵局6月重新佈線，但高鐵局內部人員向他投訴安裝的相同材質纜線又發生斷裂情況。他要求相關工程應立刻停工，待行政院調查小組提出完整安全檢測報告才可動工。
交通部高鐵局副總工程司饒國政說，先前發生的纜線斷裂是外國廠商製造的纜線材質問題，本次佈線的纜線已改由國內廠商生產，發生斷裂情況是因施工時扭曲過大，已訂施工注意事項，也要求廠商將瑕疵部分進行抽換，避免再發生類似狀況。
但段宜康仍質疑是纜線「鍍鉻」材質不適合彎曲導致，應改採用台鐵、北捷、高鐵使用的「鍍鋅」材質纜線。饒國政則說，與統包商的合約是規定兩者都可使用，由統包商負全責，但高鐵局會在品質上把關。

| 抗議強制拆屋大埔自救會衝入政院與警衝突

【晏明強／台北報導】為抗議苗栗縣政府違背承諾強制拆屋，連續兩天在政院前靜坐抗議的大埔自救會，上午10時召開記者會痛批副總統吳敦義及閣揆江宜樺用謊話、詐術治國，「這種人還有人格嗎？」自救會要求江宜樺必須出面回應自救會「信守承諾、原屋保留」的訴求。
明天將遭強制拆除的四戶之一的屋主張森文，今天凌晨抗爭時被警方強制帶離，他在警備車上昏迷，緊急送往台大醫院治療，記者會中途張文森坐著輪椅現身，但身體虛弱仍無法言語，讓現場抗議民眾情緒激動。就在抗議民眾高喊「信守承諾、原屋保留」口號時，突然有10多位來聲援的學生、老師直接翻牆衝入行政院，警方立即上前圍堵，以優勢人數一一將學生制服包圍在大門旁花園區，場外的民眾也與政院大門口警力爆發推擠衝突，不過雙方都還算自制，衝突也沒有擴大。
警方隨即喊話要求自救會派出代表進入政院將學生帶出，自救會也適時降溫，希望現場民眾養精蓄銳，明天再到苗栗拆屋現場集結全力抗爭，大埔自救會這幾天在政院前的抗爭陳情暫時落幕。
