| 農委會宣布羅曼公司將來台設動物疫苗廠

【戴安瑋／台北報導】全球禽類第4大動物疫苗廠─德商羅曼動物保健公司今正式向農委會遞件申請在台灣設廠。農委會今舉行簽約儀式，對外宣布，該公司將於年底在屏東農業生物科技園區先斥資10億元興建第一期疫苗廠，預計最快可於明年底竣工啟用後，將生產雞隻新城病、鴨肝炎、鴨小病毒及雷氏桿菌等8種疫苗並外銷，估計可產生25億元新台幣產值。
農委會主委陳保基說，德商羅曼動物保健公司是歷史悠久的農業生技公司，目前在30多個國家設有分公司及辦事處，另於德國及美國建置符合國際標準的動物疫苗生產廠，在雞、火雞、鴿子等禽類疫苗及飼料添加劑等動物保健產品上，具有技術領先地位，該公司願在台投資設廠，是看中台灣家禽疫苗研發技術已達國際水準，加上研究人員品質高，「台灣雖小但可設廠，將動物疫苗銷到全世界」。陳保基表示，羅曼公司是第一個在台灣自由經濟示範區設置的疫苗廠，第一期工程占地3公頃，因要比照美國及歐盟標準，全部建材都是由國外進口，為一高規格動物疫苗廠，未來量產疫苗後，外銷享有免稅優惠外，台灣更會因此掌握到亞太地區35%疫苗外銷市場，估計產值可達25億元。

【丁治綱／高雄報導】今天上午7時許，有民眾報案，指高市岡山區仁壽橋下有浮屍，岡山消防分隊也到場救援，發現一名婦女臉朝上浮在水面，仍有生命跡象，救援人員自岸邊趕緊跳下水中，將她救起送醫，婦人救起時意識清醒，臉部一處3公分撕裂傷、背部疼痛，沒有生命危險，消防人員在橋上發現婦人的拖鞋，疑似是自己跳下水中，所幸目前是低水期，水深僅至大腿高，警方正調查婦人落水原因。

| 格達費一天索愛4次 少女淪性奴流血不止

【綜合報導】利比亞狂人、已故領導人格達費（Muammar Gaddafi），被視為一代暴君，近日有利比亞少女，披露她當年遭卡達菲囚禁為性奴的經歷，揭示這狂人變態一面。
2004年，只有15歲的索拉雅（Soraya）被學校選中作代表，向前來參觀的格達費獻花，豈料卻是惡夢的開始。卡達菲的美女保鑣衛隊，稍後將索拉雅帶走，向她說格達費想親自接見，自此索拉雅淪為性奴，與其他女孩一起被囚禁在不見天日的地下室。
索拉雅憶述，格達費需索無度，一日至少要發生4次性行為，而且每次都要不同女人。表面上格達費似乎尊重女權，並為女性開創不同職位，但以其美女衛隊為例，美其名為保鑣，實際上亦是性奴。
第一次被霸王硬上弓，索拉雅下體三日三夜流血不止。格達費更試過在她身上小便。他除了對女人有興趣，男人亦不能倖免。索拉雅指曾有年輕男子作女性打扮，在格達費的睡房獻舞，並與格達費發生性行為，之後格達費並未滿足，再蹂躪索拉雅。
索拉雅形容，經歷格達費多年摧殘，身體已經變形，胸部下垂而且十分疼痛，猶如老婦一樣。有報告更指，不少性奴被格達費施暴後，因嚴重受創必須送醫。
