【戴安瑋／台北報導】由於人的狂犬病疫苗只有400支、不夠用，中華民國獸醫師公會全國聯合會說，全國獸醫師已在串連，明天將開記者會，要求衛生署儘速採購人的疫苗。
 
北市獸醫師公會說，全國第一線有機會接觸到犬貓及野生動物的獸醫師、寵物美容院美容師及動物園從業人員，約有1萬人，目前衛生署能提供人的狂犬病疫苗只有400劑，根本不夠用。
 
該公會說，人的疫苗必須注射3次，才有效果， 400劑只能提供100多名獸醫師施打，儘管衛生署要緊急採購1000支疫苗，仍然是不足的。衛生署要獸醫師等第一線從業人員防疫，卻任這些防疫人員赤手空拳，沒有道理。

【綜合報導】最高軍事檢察署追查洪仲丘案，一早約談醫官呂孟穎，要追查是否有不當處置。

下午醫官呂孟穎與父親步出，面對記者詢問軍不回應。全國醫師公會秘書長代為發言表示，呂姓醫官到場時，因為沒有可利用工具，在不違法醫療常規下，後送轉診室是最適當的處置。

至於呂孟穎是以關係人還是被告身分接受約談，全部不予回應。

【綜合報導】 陸軍第六軍團542旅義務役下士洪仲丘枉死案，今天一名自稱是范佐憲弟弟的男子call in進中天《台灣顧問團》，強調范佐憲開的賓士車和重機都是他買的，隨後一名自稱是范佐憲的媽媽也打電話進棚，她情緒激動落淚，表示很擔心兒子的安危。

主持人敖國珠表示，范佐憲的媽媽也call in進節目說，范佐憲很久沒和她聯絡，她也很擔心兒子的安危。

名嘴張友驊隨後措詞強硬地表示：「我堅決捍衛他的生命權，如果軍方敢整他，可以跟我們聯絡，我一定幫他！」

【柯長錕／台北報導】根據調查預估指出，今年不可交換鏡頭數位相機銷量可達70萬台，其中1/1.7型感光元件以上高階款佔比可達3成2，比去年再提升1成。瞄準高階市場，SONY今(17)日發表新款全片幅旗艦機RX1R，與前代RX1相比，僅差在無低通濾鏡，售價均為9萬2980元，價格不輸高階單眼相機，7/19在台上市。

瞄準頂級攝影玩家市場的SONY RX1R，搭載全片幅Exmor CMOS感光元件、2430萬卡爾蔡司鏡頭，光圈F2.0、焦距35mm。SONY表示，採用無低通濾鏡設計可讓照片細部更銳利，不過，可能增加照片出現彩色高頻率條紋的摩爾紋風險，但透過可後製消除，並不成問題，實拍發現即使照片拉近細部十分清楚。
