【何哲欣／台北報導】陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘被操死案震驚社會，一名去年才從542旅退伍、曾被上士范佐憲帶過的阿兵哥向《蘋果》爆料，去年6月高裝檢，范佐憲只找了3人出公差，就要搬一堆東西，包括機槍、內務櫃等，有次他自己一個人，搬東西來回2公里，就搬了5趟，范佐憲還不讓他們休息，他被操得椎間盤突出，去年7月檢查，醫生說已壓迫到神經，下半身沒知覺，但回部隊後，范佐憲還是每天早上要求他跑步，體能訓練，他去年8月退伍後到現在，每天都要復健4次，醫生說除非開刀，否則就只能這樣一直復健。

這位阿兵哥說，洪仲丘是運輸排士官，負責核銷單據，但范佐憲修車的單據，常需要核銷，洪仲丘核銷嚴格，被范認為是刁難，兩人才積怨，並非只是因為管理問題不合這麼簡單。他說，542旅副旅長何江忠不至於對義務役的洪仲丘有什麼深仇大恨，全案都是范佐憲搞出來的，范佐憲平常就很喜歡操義務役，「他才是真正的大魔頭！」

小甜甜當初一接下《渦》片配音工作，馬上公告親友，炫耀自己晉升好萊塢電影咖，她還求助好朋友蝴蝶姊姊，想討教配音經驗，但發現找錯人：「蝴蝶姊姊配音方式比較卡通、娃娃音；但好萊塢動畫希望要成熟一點，這樣才能夠貼近飆風姊的個性。」

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】全球主要開發國家就業市場難改善，國際勞工組織、OECD（Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development，經濟合作暨發展組織）呼籲，20國集團（Group of Twenty，G20）在本周峰會上必須優先探討就業議題。
 
根據OECD《2013年就業展望報告》顯示，34個成員國就業市場難在明年底前得到明顯改善，年輕人和低技能族群失業率將維持高位。
報告預估，今年5月至明年底，成員國失業率將從8%微降至7.8%，失業人口仍將維持約4800萬人水準。不過，各成員國就業情況差異依舊大。美國和德國失業率將分別從7.6%和5.3%，各降至7%和5%。歐元區整體失業率將從12.2%升至12.3%。
