【綜合報導】英女皇與安妮公主18日訪問坎布里亞(Cumbria)，獲當地士兵和市民夾道歡迎，然而一名中士卻在女皇走到面前時突然坐下，在旁市民見到為之譁然，但女皇表現淡定，完全不感到驚訝。

原來32歲的中士魯夏特（Rusiate Bolavucu）來自斐濟，他表示遇到國家元首時坐下是斐濟的傳統，還要低頭與盤膝以示尊敬。魯夏特還說「女皇曾到訪斐濟，她是知道的，又問我來自甚麽地方，所以看到我這樣做時，女皇微笑了」。不過，一旁不明就裡的市民，還以為魯夏特對女皇不禮貌。

在稍早公布2013年第二季財報結果，並且顯示營收受部分因素影響而持續下滑，Intel新任執行長Bryan Kraznich針對財報數據提出未來發展策略，除了將著重現有SoC與Core i系列產品，也強調將著重於低價、可變形的「2合1」裝置市場發展。

根據Intel新任執行長Bryan Kraznich於第二季財報會議上所透露說法，表示傳統PC市場如預期地在今年大勢下滑，但諸如平板一類的硬體裝置市佔則是往上提昇，因此未來Intel將會著重於此市場發展，預計透過Haswell平台與預計年底前推出的Bay Trail平台處理器提供不同裝置足夠硬體效能，並且維持更少的電力損耗。

Bryan Kraznich表示，預期接下來將會有超過50種「2合1」裝置陸續問世，分別將採用可翻轉、收合或分離使用的設計，同時此類裝置售價預計將會在美金400元以下。不過，就先前在Computex 2013期間所透露說法，美金400元以下的「2合1」裝置將以搭載Bay Trail平台處理器款式為主。

另外，針對搭載觸控螢幕的筆電產品價格將調整至美金300元以下，至於平板產品則將調整至美金200元以下，甚至有機會在年底聖誕節前後調整至美金150元以下。Bryan Kraznich估計明年PC銷售價格將會再往下調整，而Intel財務長Stacy Smith則透露Intel接下來將會將平板市佔提昇列為重點。

而由於Intel與Google攜手合作相容x86硬體架構的Android平台計畫，因此對於OEM廠商而言將能以相同硬體設計分別使用微軟Windows 8或Google Android作業系統，以及如華碩Transformer Trio般同時內建兩種作業系統

除持續針對Haswell平台與後續處理器進行發展，Intel接下來也會針對Atom產品線導入Silvermont核心架構，將進一步提昇處理效能，並且讓耗電量具體減少，而之後也將針對SoC處理器市場發展。

曾經在大陸，空乘行業因外表光鮮、收入不菲以及可去各地旅行而倍受青睞，現在飛機成為大眾交通工具，空乘人員的收入也並不像以前那樣出眾。目前，大陸最大的廉價航空公司春秋航空此次招聘將優先考慮已婚已育女士。春秋航空稱自己招聘的是『空嫂』。這家總部位於上海的航空公司目前正設法使其600多位空乘實現人員配備多樣化。

此舉與大陸大型國有航空公司的做法大相徑庭。後者在招聘空姐時強調的是美貌和年輕。眾所周知，大陸航空公司在挑選新空姐時，會舉辦類似選美的比賽，一般會收到年輕女子遞上的數千份申請。航空公司也會招聘男乘務員，不過空姐仍是空乘人員的主力軍。

在大陸，空姐的職業壽命一般較短。而在歐美國家的航班上，經常可見四五十歲的空姐，甚至見到『空婆』也是平常事。此次春秋航空列出的條件幾乎適宜所有職業年齡的女性，讓『空嫂』成為可能。春秋航空列出的招聘條件還包括，身高162公尺至172公尺，學歷大專以上，工齡至少3年以上，從事過商業、旅遊等服務行業，教師、衛生等職業者優先等。招聘中，對口語表達、溝通能力、英語基礎等有一定的要求。

『之所以年齡跨度如此之大，是因為我們相信，無論年齡大小，很多女性都有向往在空中飛行的夢想。我們希望能為她們提供一個實現夢想的機會。』春秋航空相關負責人表示，『年齡較大的空乘成熟、穩重，有很強的親和力，而且生活閱歷較為豐富，在服務時更得心應手。』今年5月，春秋航空發起的一項微博調查顯示，72％的網友更青睞服務貼心的空乘人員。

根據大陸國家統計局資料，從1983年開始，上世紀80年代大陸新生人口數量一直處於較高水平，其中1990年是出生人口最多的一年，當年新出生人口達2620萬。大陸『80後』有1.24億，接近當前全國人口的10%。但進入90年代之後，新出生人口數量開始大幅下降，從每年2620萬的峰值降到當前的每年1600萬，這也使得當下需要年輕人的行業招人變難。

春秋航空和國航等三大國有航空集團在競爭中並不占優，分析人士認為這也是春秋航空招聘『空嫂』，空姐年齡限制放寬的原因。春秋航空在此次招聘活動中說，招聘物件為有大專以上學歷的女性，年齡在25歲至45歲之間，還說優先考慮已婚已育者，戶籍不限。春秋航空說，拉大空姐的年齡跨度是有益的，因為她們能提供不同的服務優勢和技能。因此決定將空姐的年齡限制提至45歲，之前招聘新空乘人員的年齡限制為35歲。

【綜合報導】英國26歲男子馬丁(Sean Martin)喝得爛醉，清晨時份爬上路邊一個公車候車亭，又叫又跳，同時把褲子脫下露出臀部。突然候車亭上的鐵皮被他跳穿了，整個人掉到地上，糗態擺出。

馬丁的醜態被錄下上傳到Youtube，有人認出他的身份並通知警方。日前他被判毀壞公物罪名成立，加上給公車公司的賠償，罰款共890英鎊(約4.1萬元台幣)。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】全球最大空頭基金公司尼克斯聯合基金（Kynikos Associates）總裁查諾斯（Jim Chanos）表示，中國信貸泡沫是「世界級」的，而且還在不斷惡化，信貸惡化的狀況已對鋼鐵、水泥與全球大宗商品產生影響。

查諾斯從2009年起公開唱衰中國經濟。中國等新興經濟體的興起，帶動大宗商品的長期蓬勃發展，但查諾斯表示，他正見證大宗商品超級周期的終結，而他已透過作空中國房地產、銀行、鋼鐵與水泥而大賺一筆。
