【曾佳俊╱新北報導】貢寮海洋音樂祭活動因蘇力颱風順延，明天起連續四天在福隆外灘續辦開唱，不過另一輕颱西馬隆又來攪局，所幸其影響範圍僅限南台灣，根據氣象預測，貢寮明天下午即會轉為多雲時晴天氣，樂迷們可放心前往與蘇打綠同歡。新北市觀光局表示，活動不受颱風影響照常舉辦，舞台預計今天架設完成，呼籲多搭乘大眾交通工具。

【林建鋒／台中報導】週日晚間六時許，十二名青少年跑到台中市太平區成功橋草湖溪烤肉戲水，因雨後溪水暴漲，造成兩人落水、六人受困沙洲，一名少年報救起送醫，另名十七歲曾姓少年失蹤，警消出動超過300人次多日進行搜救，昨天下午三時許在大里區健民橋附近發現遺體，但死者下半身被壓在石頭下，暫時無法脫困，搜救行動數度受阻。
 
今天上午水位稍退，搜救行動持續進行，但因為死者家人希望能保留全屍，因此下水的消防人員不敢硬拉，只好出動怪手破壞大石，直到下午一時許才將全身赤裸的遺體拖出水面，家屬認屍悲痛欲絕，現場氣氛哀戚。另名被救少年的媽媽表示，兒子被救起送醫後仍驚惶未定，近期將帶去寺廟拜拜祈福，也考慮將孩子轉學，不要再去觸碰這次意外的悲傷回憶。
 
警消表示，草湖溪平時水量不多，但河道偏窄，午後大雨經常造成溪水暴漲，每年暑期學生相約戲水，意外頻傳，呼籲民眾最好不要到野溪裡戲水，如果發現天氣發生變化，或是水勢突然變得湍急，一定要趕快上岸，以免發生悲劇。
