【綜合報導】台北信義商圈威秀影城後面A20市有地，原做為機車停車場可停約1500輛機車，不過因為市府設定地上權由南山人壽標走開發而取消車位，中華民國機車黨昨天到場抗議，不滿無處停車還遭警方取締違停；議員陳建銘表示，市府一年前就取消1497格機車位，至今無配套，只會叫警方開單，今年2至7月因警方取締，進帳254萬元，陳建銘痛批「北市府像吸血鬼」，停管處允諾檢討增加機車位。

【綜合報導】台積電（2330）第4季起因庫存調整及明年首季傳統淡季，營運將連2季走低，展望第4季，台積電董事長張忠謀預估，因客戶調整庫存，營運會較第3季下滑，幅度還未明。

張忠謀2009年6月回鍋兼任總執行長（CEO）已4年，當時他預計3至5年後卸下執行長職務；張忠謀昨接受媒體訪問時稱，計劃不變，明年將卸任執行長，仍續任董事長。
