| 最適「浪跡天涯」 烏石鼻漁港魅力吸客

【綜合報導】長濱鄉烏石鼻港面積僅一公頃、只能停泊膠筏，卻因深具心靈療癒效果，被票選為最適合「浪跡天涯」的魅力漁港，吸引無數背包客。騎機車環島的民眾說：「失戀了，來這裡發呆一下午，心情放空許多。」
當地漁會表示，2009年烏石鼻從全國一百零九座漁港中脫穎而出，獲選為漁業署全國「十大魅力漁港」中的「浪跡天涯」類冠軍。網友形容：「它有淡雅的詩人氣質，港灣裡散落的船隻，漂浮在海天一色的藍色太平洋，輕巧的迤邐（音同以裡）出藍色詩句。」

| 男墜河載浮載沉 民眾驚「以為是浮屍」

【陳偉周／基隆報導】男子河中載浮載沉，圍觀民眾說：「以為有浮屍！」基隆市消防局獲報有人落水，昨天深夜11時許，一名穿白衣50多歲男子，在仁一路田寮河旁手抓著岸邊載浮載沉，警消人員到場立即下艇救援，先將男子拉上救生艇，再以吊掛方式合力將男子拉上橋邊。
消防人員表示，發現男子有昏睡現象，懷疑男子服用安眠藥，男子意識清楚送醫觀察中，警方正在調查男子身分與落河原因。

【綜合報導】法務部正式介入洪仲丘遭虐死案，全面追查消失的80分鐘錄影畫面究竟有無人為因素？高檢署、地檢署檢察官也到269旅禁閉室錄影、繪圖，扣押禁閉室裡相關紀錄文件，預計今起傳喚遭指控下令刪除監視器畫面的269旅政戰主任陳毅銘等人；另外上士范佐憲遭爆料涉嫌經營地下錢莊、網站賭博、色情行業部分，檢方也會一併調查。
