【綜合報導】台灣出現第一起狂犬病鼬獾咬人，狂犬病疫情各界擔心恐將全台擴散，由於所有動物都會感染狂犬病，包括人類，疫苗夠不夠、要不要打各方關切，人心惶惶下，有專家今天提出質疑，認為鼬獾染的類狂犬病毒與傳統狂犬病毒並不是百分之百相似，而台灣採購的都是針對傳統狂犬病病毒製造的疫苗或免疫球蛋白，對鼬獾的類狂犬病病毒感染是否有效？

　台灣省家畜衛生試驗所所長劉培柏今天投書《聯合報》以「傳統狂犬疫苗有效嗎」為題指出，世界各地存在的所謂「狂犬病病毒」是不太相同的，農委會向OIE報告的狂犬病病原，名稱為「Lyssavirus（麗沙病毒）」，根據2010年世衛組織（WHO）資料顯示，麗沙病毒屬中的病毒全世界至少有12種。這些病毒都可用市售狂犬病免疫螢光抗體染色試劑檢出。對犬隻等肉食獸有致病性的麗沙病毒，才被歸類於「狂犬病病毒」，其他11種僅在蝙蝠體內檢出，則為「類狂犬病病毒」。至今WHO尚未作鼬獾體內檢出病毒的歸類，他認為台灣鼬獾病毒，應歸類於「類狂犬病病毒」。

　他說，市售狂犬病疫苗，對麗沙病毒屬病毒的保護效力是否都一樣？取決於病毒基因組成、血清學交叉反應，和對動物的致病性差異。台灣發現的鼬獾病毒和犬隻狂犬病病毒基因比序，只有88％到92％的相似性，而台灣採購的都是針對傳統狂犬病病毒製造的疫苗或免疫球蛋白，其對鼬獾的類狂犬病病毒感染是否有效？有關單位應速究明。

【綜合報導】英國凱特王妃今日誕生一名小王子，皇室公佈孩子出生時間為當地時間周一(22日)下午4時24分，英國《每日郵報》(Daily Mail)報導，小王子屬巨蟹座，與父親威廉王子和已故祖母戴安娜一樣。

《每日郵報》也指出，如果小王子遲半小時出世的話，他就會是獅子座。有占星家表示，巨蟹座的人性格敏感、關心別人、精明、重家庭、保護心愛的人。

【綜合報導】保加利亞從6月14日開始，民眾每天上街抗議，至今已超過40天，由於國會提名媒體大亨也是現任議員迪爾楊皮佛斯基(Delyan Peevski)，為國家安全局長，他在提名後一小時內就獲准上任，加上國安局改制將可無限擴權，引發民眾不滿發起抗議，雖然政府隨後撤銷皮佛斯基的任命案，但這個起火點引爆大規模反政府運動，要求政府下台重新選舉。

23日晚民眾更包圍國會，上百名議員和部長以及記者困在裡面超過8小時，警方嘗試用巴士將受困人士運送出來，遭民眾用石頭攻擊，雙方爆發衝突，至少造成7名抗議者受傷，24日警方成功營救受困人士。
