【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，已經第二十二天了，真相還是不明。城邦媒體集團首席執行長何飛鵬說，洪仲丘案發生至今，軍事檢察官的辦案方式可用荒腔走板形容，許多的說法禁不起外界用常理來檢驗就漏洞百出，他認為，如果真的想毋枉毋縱，找出真相，只要利用「賽局理論」中的「囚徒兩難」模型，針對涉案關係人涉案的深淺，所造成的刑責差異，隔離審訊，摧毀涉案人的互信，就能逐步拼湊出真相。

　何飛鵬今天在《蘋果日報》論壇版「蘋中信」專欄發表「讀讀賽局理論吧！─如果我是洪仲丘案檢察官」指出，賽局理論中最經典的推演就是「囚徒兩難困境」，對涉案的兩名嫌犯進行分離審訊，並告知先透露真相者，可獲大幅減刑，反之將獲重判，而選擇先背叛同夥吐實是對當事人最有利方式。這會讓涉案人互相猜疑，而出現的兩難困境。

　對照洪仲丘案，由於涉案人眾多，每個人的涉案情節有別，犯刑輕重也大不相同，但他們似乎都對真相有所保留，而導致案情撲朔迷離。其實要這些涉案人說出真正的真相很容易，只要運用「囚徒困境」的概念，區分他們的罪刑，明確告知做偽證者，極可能以同謀論處，加重其刑，而率先坦白者，則可轉為「污點證人」，減輕其刑，或只是不知情的幫助犯，無罪認定。

　全國媒體、社會大眾正在做天翻地覆的地毯式搜尋真相，誰先坦白，將成為本案還原真相的關鍵，也會獲得原諒。軍方各級主管千萬不要假設此案會像過去一樣，大事化小小事化無，及早將真相告白，擺脫囚徒困境吧！

演藝圈重量級人物「寬姊」邱瓈寬今天晚上舉辦生日趴，眾星雲集，連知名大陸演員黃曉明都到場祝賀。

演藝圈重量級人物邱瓈寬今天晚上在台北舉行生日宴會，會場內眾星雲集，電影「瑪德2號」主要演員如黃曉明、徐若瑄、楊謹華、關穎等都到現場為邱瓈寬慶生。

黃曉明表示，今天除了宣傳電影「瑪德2號」，主要也是幫邱瓈寬慶生，而且邱瓈寬更是他的好姐姐，他一定是對邱瓈寬兩肋插刀。

黃曉明還送知名品牌的紀念錶給邱瓈寬當生日禮物，他嘴甜的說，希望邱瓈寬每年都小一歲。

身為「瑪德2號」監製的邱瓈寬說，這次過生日也是要藉機宣傳電影「瑪德2號」。她的生日願望就是希望認識的親朋好友都心想事成。

演員徐若瑄則說，因為邱瓈寬沒時間運動，但會去按摩，而且因為台灣按摩很有名，邱瓈寬常帶朋友按摩，所以她每年送上養生館按摩券，希望她健康。

現場到場的藝人還有「黑人」陳建州、藍心湄、吳中天，還有主持人張小燕、導演朱延平到場。

【綜合報導】洪仲丘姐姐看完天成醫院急診室監視器畫面後，認為院方沒有盡全力，痛批天成醫院不在乎人命。

對此天晟醫院副院長出面反駁，表示軍方當初將洪仲丘送到醫院的時候，並沒有交代洪仲丘確切病因，只知道洪仲丘是體溫過高、而且已經重度昏迷，已經盡全力挽救洪仲丘。

派崔克是老布希一名特勤人員的兒子，因為罹患白血病接受治療，導致頭髮掉光。

事實上，不光是老布希，整個特勤小組成員都為派崔克剃成大光頭，並計劃在下個月騎摩托車上街，希望為他籌足所需經費。老布希本人也已經捐款。

根據「時代雜誌」（Time）報導，老布希最大的女兒羅賓（Robin）在59年前，年僅4歲時死於白血病。
