市府產業發展處農林行政科昨天下午接獲通報，指有市民在暖暖山區撿到一隻幼年鼬獾，產發處隨即派獸醫前往帶回。

農林行政科長許財生表示，這隻小鼬獾相當活潑健康，不似染病個體，但因擔心有狂犬病，已為牠施打疫苗。

許財生提醒民眾在野外看到食肉目動物或犬貓的活體或屍體，千萬不要接近或觸摸，要立即通報產發處農林科。家中飼養的犬貓也要避免和野生動物接觸，以確保安全。

許財生說，只要是鼬獾等動物的屍體，市府會送至淡水試驗所檢驗有無狂犬病毒。若是活體，會先施打狂犬病疫苗，並依健康狀況決定暫送至苗圃飼養或直接野放。

衛生局疾病管制科指出，被檢出有狂犬病毒的4隻鼬獾，分布在南投縣、雲林縣及台東縣等4個鄉鎮，基隆市雖從未出現過狂犬病例，民眾仍須注意，避免接觸野生動物。

狂犬病的潛伏期約1至3個月，短則可能少於7天，最長可達7年。發病初期會有發熱、發冷、喉嚨痛、嘔吐、厭食等症狀，數天後會興奮、恐懼、麻痺或吞嚥困難，甚至引起恐水症狀，接著還會精神錯亂、抽搐等。

狂犬病疫苗已由疾病管制署整合接管，若民眾被犬貓等動物抓、咬，須以大量清水沖洗傷口，並以碘酒、酒精消毒再立刻就醫。醫師會評估症狀，通報疾管署評估是否施打狂犬病疫苗。

【綜合報導】北韓豪雨成災，超過2萬3千人無家可歸，其中平安南道安州市河川氾濫，市內8成地區淹水，截至20日前至少15人死亡或失蹤，超過6千棟房屋受損。

根據北韓中央通訊社報導指出，今年梅雨季帶來的雨量，是往年平均的2倍，預計受災情況恐還會持續擴大。

【綜合報導】年近40的林志玲去年傳出內衣廣告遭央視禁播后，最近她拍攝的全新內衣廣告又創下話題，才PO出4天，90秒養眼火辣，扯衣露胸的廣告在YouTube的點閱量瞬間已破300萬。

林志玲在全新廣告中，尺度越來越大。90秒廣告內全程爆乳、抖胸鏡頭不斷，表情極具挑逗。根據新華網、北京新浪網的報導，盡管林志玲去年的80秒內衣被央視禁播，不過今年女神新拍的廣告更是得寸進尺。除了大曬E杯豪乳咪咪之外，各種破底線的大尺度動作與曖昧挑逗表情盡出，傾情演出各種給力，似乎完全無懼禁播封殺，大有挑戰央視審查底線的意圖。

　對比之前的80秒禁播版本，林志玲在全新90秒廣告片中，時而穿上性感吊帶網襪裝，一邊嬌喘一邊咬嘴脣，同樣用之前遭禁播的肢體動作，用力扯開鈕釦露出酥胸，有時穿上薄紗讓內在美若隱若現。
