【王智勇／台南報導】二十多名台南縣餐飲工會成員，上午在台南市新營區裕民路的台南縣餐飲工會前集結抗議和遊行，他們一邊遊行，一邊拿著寫著｢林明翰侵佔公款一千多萬｣的白布條，口裡還不斷喊著｢林明翰下台｣的口號，情緒十分激動。 　

　參與策劃這次抗議行動的工會代表翁榮昌指出，該工會常務理事林明翰因涉嫌侵佔一千多萬元勞健保費，日前遭台南地檢署起訴，令他們痛心的是，很多會員早已繳了健保費，這些錢都被Ａ走，沒幫會員上繳健保局，真的很可惡。 　

　翁榮昌說，目前台南縣餐飲工會有４千多名會員，因有不肖人士侵佔健保費，使得公會財務捉襟見肘，只能靠預備金應急，若侵佔公款的人再不快一點還錢，未來恐繳不出健保費，將會影響公會成員看病權益，希望侵佔公款的人快一點還錢，讓工會繼續運作下去。

　工會代表王財源說，若侵佔公款的常務理事再不還錢，他們不排除發動更大規模的抗議行動。

【綜合報導】美國緬因州國家公園，周二發生2名女性遊客帶著小狗先是在健行時迷路，所幸最後被尋獲順利脫困，搜救人員還將她們平安護送回自己車上。
 
獲救女子隨後駕車回家，沒想到不久後警方又接獲她們的求救電話，表示她們把車開進湖裡，警方立刻組成搜救小隊出發救援，最後在53公尺深的湖底發現沉沒的車子，2名女子和小狗全葬生車內。
 
警察表示事發當晚下雨又濃霧，能見度相當低，因是如此導致意外發生，更讓人難過的是，負責駕車的女性還懷有5個月的身孕。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘枉死案持續延燒，最高軍事檢察署檢察長曹金生今受訪指出，目前只有一個被告，未來視偵辦情況，不會設限，外界應公評，此時灌水、集體虐殺等說法，對被告及其家屬情何以堪；他也強調，灌水說法沒有事實、混淆視聽，對往生者及其家屬，也是情何以堪。

媒體詢問如何證明沒有灌水？曹金生說，病歷可證明，但礙於偵查不能公開；至於洪仲丘體內鈉離子過低，還在調查原因，法醫研究所正在進行復驗，結果會對外報告。

中國大陸日前發生一宗驚人意外，一名兩歲女童幾天前不慎跌倒，所持筷子由鼻孔插入大腦，幾經周折才獲治療，目前情況好轉。

天津城市快報今天報導，本月21日，河北省滄縣兩歲女童月月（化名）拿著筷子準備吃飯時，不慎被絆倒，筷子由鼻孔插入大腦，距離視神經很近。

事發後，月月被送到當地醫院，但醫生看後不敢收治，建議把月月送到大醫院。

為此，月月的父母把她送到滄州市中心醫院，在醫院照了X光，醫生說筷子已經插入顱內，情況不樂觀，推薦到天津環湖醫院治療。

22日凌晨，月月被送到環湖醫院。

在環湖醫院，小兒神經外科醫師李慶國臨時開了個小會議，研究出兩套手術方案，一是直接從月月的鼻子下方拔出筷子，但危險性極高。

他們決定採取第二套方案，就是開顱，可以大大降低手術的危險性。

22日下午，月月接受手術，筷子被取出，顱內沒有大出血。

報導表示，目前月月還在加護病房，情況有所好轉。
