【綜合報導】5年前空軍軍官蔡學良於射擊訓驗時頭部遭槍擊亡，軍方以舉槍自盡結案，10天立即將蔡學良遺體火化，家屬質疑死因不單純，從22日晚間開始在國防部前靜坐，今夜台北下著雨，蔡父持續在國防部前靜坐表達不滿，並要求國防部重啟調查。

當年蔡爸爸為了找出真相，遠赴美國找專家做實彈測試，得出結果是「蔡學良是1公尺外距離被擊中。」

5年過去，蔡媽媽只盼知道兒子當年發生什麼事情，還求助作家九把刀幫忙呼籲知道實情的人出面，日前九把刀臉書上指蔡媽媽泣訴：「如果有人跟我說到底發生了什麼事，我一定會原諒他。」因為「蔡媽媽只想知道真相。」

【張麗娜／台北報導】民進黨下午召開第二場華山會議，討論「如何處理九二共識」，由陸委會前主委陳明通、國安會前秘書長蘇起擔任引言人。陳明通會前受訪時說，今天討論的主題「如何處理九二共識」，但計畫趕不上變化，沒想到7月20日馬英九黨主席當選人回信給中共總書記習近平的賀函裡面，完全引用2005年「宋胡會」對「九二共識」的界定，那是口頭表示堅持一個中國原則，沒有各表。

陳明通說，大家很清楚看到那個賀函已經把「各表」吞進去了，完全接受「宋胡公報」裡有關九二共識的界定。陳說，「所以我現在很質疑國民黨、馬英九，你一直堅持的一中各表怎麼不見了？怎麼跟國人交代？怎麼跟國人說明？我們還可以相信你講的話嗎？」

媒體詢問「民進黨現在連「『九二共識』都不接受？」 陳明通說，「我想這不是我們的問題，一個不存在的東西，我的文章非常清楚，一個不存在的東西，問題不在我們，我們現在根本不需要處理，馬自己把它處理掉了」。

陳明通說，「坦白講九二共識這個東西已經走入歷史了，現在馬已經用一中框架跟對方連結了，今天來討論如何處理九二共識實在很諷刺，因為馬自己把它處理掉了」。

對於《聯合報》今報導指海基會前秘書長陳榮傑、前陸委會前主委陳明通都認為，事到如今，民進黨不宜說「九二共識」不存在，甚至應該承認「九二共識」。陳明通下午鄭重澄清，「《聯合報》記者從來沒有採訪過我」，不管是他直接說或者是據了解，都是錯誤的都不是正確的，「我在這裡很嚴肅的，而且鄭重澄清」。

【張博亭／台北報導】針對洪仲丘死前被救治的三軍總醫院裝上葉克膜維生系統，台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲昨表示，三總裝葉克膜算是無效醫療，因為洪仲丘送院時病況很糟，不論裝或不裝葉克膜都很難救活，如果是他會勸醫療團隊不要裝，但「不是每個人都是我」。
 
柯文哲也痛批，洪仲丘從禁閉室被送出後，先送天成醫院，但軍方隱瞞交代洪仲丘操練過程，讓天成醫師在不知洪仲丘病史的情況下，只能先做檢查，當成發燒病況處理，之後轉送三總，病況已危急，裝葉克膜也難救活。
 
柯文哲表示，洪仲丘案整件事情醫療方面並沒有問題，有問題的是軍方隱瞞操練過程的真相，讓醫師在不清楚洪仲丘為何病危的情況下，做檢查和治療。

【劉曉霞／台北報導】台北地檢署今天對太極雙星案弊案起訴台北市議員賴素如等4人。雙子星開發案第二順位申請人中工能否順利遞補與市府議約，中工總經理蔡維力說，對已進入司法程序的案件不予評論，不過，中工的態度不變，仍在積極準備等市府通知議約。

業界觀察，北市府當初表明，雙子星開發案若無官員涉案，將採遞補方式重新啟動，檢調今日正式起訴賴素如等人，北市府官員目前也未涉案，市府應該會有所作為。

【蕭文康／台北報導】影音軟體開發商訊連（5203）昨舉行法說，董事長黃肇雄指出，由於美國許多科技廠包括英特爾、微軟、蘋果等發布的財報不如預期，尤其是電腦產業很辛苦，「在去年時沒想到今年掉這麼多，超乎想像算是重災害」，不過，訊連第3季營收還會比去年成長10~15%，期望第4季會更好。
針對第3季的營運展望上，訊連預估，第3季營收季增率約1~5%、毛利率80.5~83.5%、營業利益率31.5~34.5%。
黃肇雄說，第3季在產品推出上維持公司一貫的企圖心，在第3季季底預計會推出Director Suite 2，其中又包括Power Director12、PhotoDirector5、AudioDirector及ColorDirector2等多種工具軟體，而這些新產品在第3季底上市後，雖對立即挹注第3季營收動能不高，但將明顯挹注第4季的營運。
黃肇雄說：「第3季整個電腦市場可能不會有什麼大驚奇，我把希望放在第4季，第4季會比較好，但不知會好到哪裡？講到後來怎好像在把電腦產業的預估當成許願一樣？」引發現場法人哄堂大笑。
訊連昨公布第2季毛利率81.8%，EPS 1.63元，累計上半年EPS 3.73元。
