【綜合報導】高雄市一家公司謊稱可為卡債族整合債務，若每月償還三萬元卡債，整合後月付八千元即可，但要求對方必須先刷卡支付五至八萬元的「勞務報酬金」， 不少被害人掏出信用卡刷爆僅剩的額度，卻發現債務根本未整合，「被扒走最後一層皮」。台中警方周二搜索起出大批帳冊、刷卡資料，帶回負責人等十二名嫌犯， 初步清查該公司一年來至少獲利上千萬元、逾百名卡債族受害。

【顏振凱／台北報導】台大黃榮堅、政大謝如媛、成大李佳玟、東海高金桂、中原徐偉群等20名法律學者發起連署，聲援因大埔議題，遭警方逮捕送法辦的政大地政系教授徐世榮，聲明強調民眾和平抗議，不構成《刑法》公共危險、妨害公務、污辱官署罪，此情況下警察以現行犯為由逮捕抗議民眾，違反《刑事訴訟法》規定，侵害憲法保障言論自由，讓台灣有如回到戒嚴時代。

台灣村陣線下午在立院舉行記者會，高喊「人民抗暴，正義不息」口號，宣示堅持理性非暴力行動，要求杜絕浮濫徵收，撤查苗栗弊案。陣線發言人，世新講師蔡培慧表示，就在開記者會同時，有聲援大埔學生在國民黨中常會外抗議，就被帶到建國派出所，她不知道一個女學生抗議，對馬英九構成什麼公共危險？世新法律教授張嘉尹也痛批，「中華民國政府對人民行使言論自由行使司法恐怖主義」，想要全面壓制言論自由。農陣也公布02-2322-3120「人民奮起」法律諮詢專線，提供相關諮詢。

徐世榮則說，昨天也有警察跟弄傷他的警察說「怎麼那麼粗暴」，讓他很感動，他感覺警察執法受到上層授意，他盼請社會各界，不要因為昨天焦點模糊，問題焦點是大埔4戶，盼請社會各界要關心大埔4戶。徐強調， 基本人權保障不是數人頭，現在是政府單方面拆毀4戶，拆毀憲法上基本人權保障，人民有權行使不服從，抵抗權，而他感受強大民怨怒氣，也盼請各界，用理性和平非暴力表達不滿，「我們絕對跟大埔4戶站在一起，絕不妥協，絕不退縮！」

【張貴翔／新北報導】新莊警分局警員鄒孟軻於本月22日早上10許時，在林口區麗園一街巷口發現101歲黃姓老翁坐在路旁哭泣，警員上前關心，才發現老翁迷路，不知道如何返家，才會坐在路旁哭泣。
 
警員詢問附近鄰居，都沒人認識老翁，後來在老翁身上找到證件，才發現老翁是花蓮縣吉安鄉人，立即聯繫桃園榮民之家，聯繫到老翁家人將其帶回。

【林志青╱台北報導】針對民進黨立委擬告312名警員，警政署昨表示，並未收到相關訊息，將請台北市警局持續溝通說明。
 
此外，警政署警政署長王卓鈞再次重申，針對合法集會遊行及陳抗活動，警員執法應充分尊重民眾表達意見之自由與權利，對未直接產生危害之陳抗活動，宜先進行疏處與阻絕並加強蒐證，勿執法過當。

【聯合報╱記者林保光／岡山報導】 高雄市岡山公園整建完工，昨天傍晚舉行公園啟用音樂會，市長陳菊參加啟用典禮，強調 市府對岡山建設規劃40億元經費，並已爭取到和中央共同管理阿公店水庫，將可著手整治 阿公店溪周遭環境。 阿公店水庫目前由水利署南區水資源局管理，今年啟用60周年，是全台須空庫防淤的水庫 ，由於具防洪、灌溉及觀光功能，市府在2年前，就一再向中央爭取管理權，但水利署南 水局認為這座水庫有多重任務，且空庫防淤技術性高，不宜交由地方管理。 陳菊昨天在公園啟用典禮上表示，數十年來，岡山的汙水下水道「零接管」，全無汙水下 水道，以致阿公店溪蚊蟲多，讓居民受不了，為了岡山環境生態永續發展，除了汙水下水 道一定要做，還得要改善阿公店溪周遭環境，市府已爭取到與水利署共管阿公店水庫，將 可著手整治阿公店溪沿岸，讓溪岸環境更美好。 昨天舉行啟用典禮的岡山公園，前身是岡山中山公園，由於環境髒亂，去年才拆除周圍牴 觸戶，由養工處斥資2億6000萬元整建，成為水岸、綠地交織的生態公園。 http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM6/8047826.shtml -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.25.84.208
