言歸正傳，這款我非常喜愛的軟體，今天在 iPhone、 iPad 上推出了最新版本，在新版「 Evernote Food 」中加入了「打燈補光」、「修圖濾鏡」功能，解決拍攝餐廳美食時光線昏暗問題，並且讓照片看起來更美味。

現在最新版的 Evernote Food iOS App 中，提供了補光或修圖的方法來解決上述的問題。

在 iPhone 的 Evernote Food 相機中，可以看到上方新增了一個「打燈」的按鈕，點擊後就會像手機手電筒那樣，打出一柱光束照在你的食物上，讓照片拍起來更加清楚（但要注意不要打擾到別人用餐）。

或者，我們也可以在 iPhone、 iPad 上的 Evernote Food 做事後的修圖。點進某張照片，選擇右上方的編輯，就能看到有各種濾鏡可以直接套用。

或許像是虱目魚肚粥這樣的古早味，就適合套上一個復古的濾鏡，讓照片更有當時品嚐的感覺。

目前 Evernote Food 的新功能先發佈在 iOS 版上，相信不久後 Android 版本也會更新，大家可以好好利用這個新功能。

香港, 2013年7月26日 - (亞太商訊)  - 濱海投資有限公司(「濱海投資」或「本公司」，股份代號：8035.HK)，主要從事中國內地燃氣管道網路接駁服務及燃氣銷售，董事會欣然宣布2013年7月25日公司與配售代理及各認購人訂立配售及認購協議。公司有條件地同意發行3.1億港元於2016年到期之1%可換股債券，該等債券將按初步轉換價每股股份0.3690港元（可予調整）轉換為本公司已發行及繳足股本中每股面值0.01港元之普通股。

初步轉換價每股股份0.3690港元，較股份於2013年7月24日（即配售及認購協議簽訂前之最後交易日）在聯交所所報之最近收市價每股0.3900港元折讓約5.38%；及股份於截至2013年7月24日（包括該日）止五個連續交易日在聯交所所報之平均收市價每股約0.3930港元折讓約6.11%。

假設按初步轉換價每股股份0.3690港元悉數轉換該等債券，該等債券將可轉換為840,108,401股股份，相當於本公司於本新聞稿日期之已發行普通股股本約14.02%，及本公司之經擴大已發行普通股股本（轉換可換股優先股後將予發行之任何新股份不計算在內）約12.30%或本公司之經擴大已發行普通股股本（包括轉換可換股優先股後將予發行之有關額外股份）約6.72%。轉換股份將為繳足股款，並在各方面與於相關轉換日期之當時已發行股份享有同等權益。

該等認購人包括光大控股有限公司、光大控股投資管理有限公司、建銀國際資產管理有限公司、國泰君安證券（香港）有限公司、富華（中國）有限公司及台達資本股份有限公司等透過自身或其附屬公司認購本公司可換股債券，均為認同濱海投資業務遠景的獨立第三方。配售代理為國泰君安證券（香港）有限公司及建銀國際金融有限公司。

估計所得款項淨額約為3億港元，用作償還即期借貸及作營運資金用途。公司將向聯交所申請批准於轉換該等債券後將予配發及發行之轉換股份上市及買賣。
