美國國務卿凱瑞在得知俄羅斯將發給美國情報洩密者史諾登(Edward Snowden)臨時文件後，打電話給俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫，目前不知是否將影響史諾登命運，但史諾登仍未獲得俄國文件。
綜合媒體報導，美國方面在莫斯科時間25日再次呼籲，希望俄羅斯交出史諾登，讓他回到美國面對司法審判。
美國駐莫斯科大使麥弗爾（Michael McFaul）通過推特表示：「美國不是要求『引渡』，僅是要求歸還史諾登先生。我們曾將許多人遣返俄羅斯。」
美國國務院發言人莎琪（Jen Psaki）表示，凱瑞在電話中與拉夫羅夫重申，史諾登必須回到美國。此外，莎琪指出，「任何允許史諾登離開機場的行為，都讓人失望。」
為史諾登提供協助的律師庫奇瑞納（Anatoly Kucherena）表示，史諾登截至24日仍未獲得文件，這一狀況讓史諾登非常焦慮。此外，史諾登仍滯留在莫斯科謝瑞米提耶佛機場過境區。
據美聯社分析，「目前俄美關係因為敘利亞問題的分歧、美國政府對俄羅斯內政的干預而出現一系列矛盾，允許史諾登入境俄羅斯無疑將加劇兩國的緊張關係。」
目前，史諾登仍在等待俄羅斯的文件。

【潘志偉／新北報導】家住基隆市華新一路的林姓男子，今天下午4時許，發現他家的狗剛剛咬傷一隻鼬獾，擔心這隻鼬獾有狂犬病帶原，希望有關單位能來把鼬獾帶回檢驗。林男先打電話給疾病管制局，管制局要林先生打給消防局，消防局又請他聯絡農委會，直到下午6時許農委會才姍姍來遲，將鼬獾帶回去檢驗。

【綜合報導】瑞典一名56歲議員奧利（Lars Ohly）最近為了支持利物浦足球隊（Liverpool），在小腿上刺青該隊的吉祥物「利物鳥」，還自豪地拍照上傳網站，卻意外「露鳥」。
奧利得知意外露鳥後，馬上將照片刪除，他在推特上說：「哈哈，我發表在Instagram的照片不小心露出我沒想露的地方。現在已經改正。」與奧利為政壇對手的外交部長畢爾德（Carl Bildt）則調侃說：「恭喜奧利，在這麼多年後，你終於有了這番突破！」

| 《新聞好好玩》用手機製作自己的新聞畫面，還有多種版型

 在自己製作鄉土劇之後，台灣的特色：「新聞台」終於也登上手機了，《新聞好好玩》是一款讓你自行設計新聞標題、畫面、快訊、跑馬燈等文字的 Android 軟體，你還可以選擇多家新聞台的設計風格，像是「三位新聞」、「非几新聞」等等，一秒做新聞！

製作各種「類似媒體」的玩意，過過掌握第四權的癮這種好玩的事情想必不只筆者喜歡，之前曾經有人使用網站做出過Tubenews 新聞產生器，而現在，在 Android 手機上也有人做出「新聞好好玩」的製作新聞軟體。

▲ 在設定當中可以選擇你想要增添上去的素材。
 
▲ 神奇的是，預設是使用 Google 語音辨識來輸入標題，成功率滿高的。在設定中的跑馬、快訊反而就是一般的輸入法。
▲ 左邊的「跑馬燈」以及「Live」「獨家」等等都是可以在設定當中選擇是否開啟的，天氣跟時間、地點等等也都是即時生成的，不是固定的圖樣，可見作者之用心。
