三總替陸軍下士洪仲丘裝上葉克膜急救，台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲表示，「這是最昂貴的假動作。」他感嘆，洪仲丘體溫已經高達44度，裝葉克膜的效益很低，「這是文化問題，每個醫師都會叫別人不要裝，但其實很難作到。」

柯文哲表示，「如果是我，我會勸醫療團隊不要裝，但不是每個人都是我。」

【綜合報導】總統馬英九今天下午在國民黨中常會針對洪仲丘案鞠躬道歉，他說，「道歉完了，應該是行動開始」，除調查偵辦該案，他令國防部部長高華柱本周五前通盤檢討，拿出具體保障人權的改革方案，強調辦案沒有上限。

馬英九指出，本月20日民間「公民1985行動聯盟」提出還仲丘公道給家屬真相、嚴懲失職人員及暢通申訴管理等3點訴求，合情合理，承諾會給家屬公道，重建國人對國軍的信心，讓家長安心送子弟入伍、平安退伍。

口湖鄉李姓(24歲)、黃姓(19歲)兩名男子，昨深夜出遊，李男騎機車搭載黃男，自經雲131線頂湖路段北上，經該處90度右轉彎高速失控，機車撞擊護欄後人、車摔翻，機車頓時燒成火球，車旁兩人疑似昏迷無法逃生，燒成焦屍，李、黃父母對死因無意見，皆稱不知孩子出門行蹤，車禍發生原因，待警方進一步調查。

【綜合報導】韓亞航日前在美國舊金山機場因飛行高度過低而發生空難，而台灣時間周三相同的機場，長榮航空也發生飛行高度過低的驚險情況，幸好當時塔台緊急要求駕駛立即爬升重飛。長榮昨晚證實，塔台通知重飛時，飛行員已發現飛行高度太低，正要重飛修正，當時重飛高度是620英尺，在安全範圍內，低於500英尺才有危險，和韓亞航空難差很多，且重飛也符合程序。  

飛航專家則說，飛行高度過低有很大風險，萬一沒重飛可能提早落地，恐發生和韓亞航類似的空難事件。

【曾伯愷／桃園機場報導】桃園機場第一航廈改建根據國家門戶計畫將原本舊有的航廈經過整修改造，今日上午10時將舉行階段性的大廳啟用典禮，總統馬英九也將到場致詞，不過最近抗議不斷，傳出有民眾將到場抗議，讓警方不敢大意，一早機場外圍就出現大批警力警戒。
