防止狂犬病疫情擴大，台東縣政府暫緩豐年祭狩獵；另外，發生狂犬病鼬獾咬傷人的興昌村，村長懸賞通報鼬獾蹤跡。

台東鼬獾暴斃事件，層出不窮，山區動物感染狂犬病情況不明，目前正值原住民豐年祭和收穫季，必須上山狩獵，台東縣政府通知各部落從今天起豐年祭禁止狩獵，何時解除禁令，視疫情發展。

台東縣政府農業處處長吳慶榮表示，獵人入山打獵會帶犬隻同行，這些獵狗途中如果遭到感染狂犬病的鼬獾或其他食肉動物咬傷，很可能會感染。台東縣長黃健庭也呼籲一般民眾不要上山狩獵。

另外，出現狂犬病鼬獾的東河鄉興昌村，這幾天陸續發現鼬獾暴斃，村長林憲身懸賞通報，撿到暴斃鼬獾或是發現鼬獾蹤跡經確認，1隻獎金新台幣300元。不過，他呼籲，民眾發現鼬獾，最好通知他前往處理，不要自己撿拾或捕捉，以免感染。

林憲身表示，死亡的鼬獾如果遭到犬隻啃食，難免會有疫情蔓延的疑慮，因此他決議自掏腰包，鼓勵興昌村民通報，抓到1隻給300元，他將會集中並交由動物防疫所帶回處置。

【陳建彰／台北報導】台灣工銀投顧表示，昨天美股僅道瓊收小紅，其餘均翻黑，除非接下來經濟數據能帶來利多，否則在各項技術指標已來到高檔，指數要再大漲不太容易；至於台股觀察重點在於電子期是否回補7月19日的跳空缺口，如果能正式封閉缺口，才有機會進一步挑戰8200點以上反壓。
 
預估今天開盤會上漲10~25點，未來2~3天盤勢可望轉強，不過，今天大盤高檔震盪的機率較大，只要亞股未出現重挫，台股應可維持震盪格局。
