興采實業：公告本公司董事會決議101年度盈餘轉增資案暨訂定增資基準日暨配股基準日及訂定配息基準日及發放日相關事宜。
第三十四條 第31款

2.除權、息類別（請填入「除權」、「除息」或「除權息」）:除權息
3.發放股利種類及金額:本公司於民國102年6月7日股東會決議通過配發:
(1)股東現金股利:新臺幣20,187,840元，每股配發0.85元(發放至元止)。
(2)股東股票股利:新臺幣19,000,320元轉增資發行新股1,900,032股，
每仟股無償配發80股。
(3)員工現金紅利：新臺幣2,092,057元 。
4.除權（息）交易日:102/08/13
5.最後過戶日:102/08/14
6.停止過戶起始日期:102/08/15
7.停止過戶截止日期:102/08/19
8.除權（息）基準日:102/08/19
9.其他應敘明事項:(1)本次增資發行新股案經呈奉行政院金融監督
管理委員會中華民國102年07月01日金管證發字第1020025413號函
申報生效在案。
(2)本次增資發行之新股採無實體發行，其權利義務與原發行股份
相同。
(3)本次增資新股股票俟呈奉主管機關核准變更登記後三十日內發
放暨上興櫃買賣，屆時除分函各股東外，並另行公告。

【綜合報導】陸軍第六軍團542旅義務役下士洪仲丘枉死案，洪仲丘的姊姊今天上午受訪時透露，洪母和洪家大哥都很自責，為何沒有發現洪仲丘軍中如此嚴重的狀況，怪自己未積極幫忙、不夠警覺，讓仲丘失去了寶貴生命。
洪仲丘姊姊說，由於洪仲丘曾向母親說過軍中有人要整他，如今媽媽很自責，當初沒有積極幫他，哥哥也是，自認自己疏忽了，才會造成如此遺憾。

最近看了PMAM 看了幸福選擇題 也重溫了超級好看的痞子英雄電視版 發現修杰楷除了變帥 演技變是得更精湛沒話說 從痞子英雄的小馬 PMAM的演富二代 還有最近幸福選擇題的何立偉 我覺得都超棒的:) 幸福選擇題好看 覺的李至正也是演超棒的:P 感覺的到他詮釋那種霸氣 外加不知道怎麼表達自己的情感 整個超超超棒的 但是私心的希望黎恩真配何立偉XDD(雖然不可能@@) 最近一整個瘋狂看電視劇的調調:) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.109.135

【楊景婷／台北報導】黃曉明昨晚出席新片《海闊天空》（中國片名：《中國合伙人》）映後見面會，他分享自己的成功秘訣就是「努力、堅持」，更妙喻：「不想被人踩在腳下只有2個方法，比另外那個人努力或者是做大便，因為我們都不想做大便，所以就努力吧！」這是他離台前最後的一個行程，心情很High，還拉了一位和自己在片中土氣造型相似的影迷上台模仿海報合影，最後跟他擁抱，抱完笑說：「好久沒這麼抱男人了。」引來全場大笑。

【蔡進男、戴之聖／基隆報導】自稱「混蛋市長」基隆市長張通榮去年9月涉嫌關說酒駕廖姓婦人襲警案，引發輿論譁然，基隆地院昨審查終結，認為張通榮教唆犯行，助長特權關說歪風，依教唆公務員縱放罪嫌，判處有期徒刑1年8個月、緩刑5年，須繳交公庫200萬元，及200小時義務勞動，但迫於官威放人的承辦警員廖祥銓因否認放人遭判處6個月，不予緩刑，但得聲請社會勞動代替，全案仍可上訴。
