為還原洪仲丘案真相，國防部軍事檢察署今早十時許在國軍新竹醫院現場模擬，當天帶下士洪仲丘及宋姓一兵的尤姓排長載上口罩，及一名假扮洪仲丘的憲兵，一行人從進門到健檢中心流程，還原過程。近11時士官長陳以人則穿著迷彩裝，由專案小組人員帶領下，進入醫院，重新走過當天的路徑，由專案小組人員全程搜證錄影。
 
專案小組還向coco中正店訂了9杯飲料，讓當天送飲料到醫院的女工讀生送到醫院，並送到健檢室，由專案小組根據監視畫面，進行證人及被告證詞的交叉比對，同時釐清范佐憲是否有買飲料賄賂醫護人員的情事。

內政部25日表示，內政部向苗栗縣政府查證結果，縣府向張藥房戶收取代為搬移屋內物件保管費用，為新台幣3萬3千元，並非媒體所報導的24萬2千元。

內政部次長蕭家淇表示，苗栗大埔張藥房強拆案，整起案件土地改良物補償費共79萬餘元，苗栗縣政府已在民國100年1月12日提存入土地徵收補償費保管專戶，張藥房戶迄今未領，未來若欲領取，將只能領取75萬7千元。張藥房戶被強拆坪數約5坪。
