【綜合報導】農委會昨表示自本月16日確認有3隻鼬獾染病後，至昨再驗出3隻鼬獾染病，另有1隻咬人的錢鼠驗出類狂犬病毒。農委會家畜衛生試驗所所長蔡向榮指，近期不斷有動物染病案例出現，不排除狂犬病已進入傳播高峰期。醫師提醒，無論咬人的錢鼠是否染典型狂犬病毒，一旦咬人且人發病，被咬者幾乎難逃死劫，台灣將進入防疫的「長期抗戰」，政府應大量採購疫苗供民眾接種。

農委會指，上周四一隻錢鼠在於台東市區咬一名婦人，送驗確認染麗沙病毒，但是否染典型的狂犬病毒，檢驗結果後天才能出爐，但因從未有錢鼠染狂犬病前例，一旦證實恐是全球首例。而國內錢鼠估計有近千萬隻。

台大醫院小兒感染科主任黃立民說，狂犬病毒是麗沙病毒下的型別，而麗沙病毒至少已發現第一型至第七型共七個型別，其中第一型是常見會感染人的狂犬病毒。農委會指該錢鼠是否染第一型後天才能確認，今天會再開檢驗報告記者會，將再宣布新增染病鼬獾案例。

【沈能元／台北報導】國家衛生指揮中心針對狂犬病疫情，農委會防檢局局長張淑賢說，昨接獲17件疑似狂犬病通報案件，其中鼬獾有14件、犬貓有3件，經檢驗發現，共有5件鼬獾確認，犬貓則無感染狂犬病，5例鼬獾分別在南投縣國姓鄉、仁愛鄉，台中市新社鄉，台南市南化鄉，高雄市田寮鄉。截至7月27日已檢測食肉目野生動物46例，有11例鼬獾確診感染狂犬病。

張淑賢說，現已釋出6000劑動物疫苗至此5鄉為犬貓施打疫苗，至今共釋出58000劑動物疫苗至疫區供犬貓施打，因狂犬病疫情現仍侷限於鼬獾，期望犬貓施打疫苗，讓疫情圍堵在山區，並建議民眾不要棄養寵物、不要接觸野生動物、讓寵物犬貓施打狂犬病疫苗，以防感染狂犬病。
