狂犬病疫情延燒，農委會宣布禁止攜寵物進入遊樂園區，嘉義林區管理處昨天在鰲鼓濕地、阿里山國家森林遊樂區等景點加派人手巡邏並勸導。

阿里山森林遊樂區昨天多是陸客，還有一些國民旅遊團和散客，阿里山工作站人員說，昨天未發現寵物，同時請飯店等業者協助宣導禁帶寵物上阿里山。

嘉義林區管理處副處長楊瑞芬說，若民眾受到野生動物或犬貓咬傷，林管處將進行緊急處理，並協助受傷遊客就醫。

貓、狗成為討論話題，民雄等鄉鎮公所陸續接獲捕捉野貓、野狗的陳情電話，站在第一線的清潔隊人員卻是心驚驚，唯恐遭染病動物咬傷，昨天希望中央儘速幫第一線清潔、消防人員施打疫苗，捕捉行動才無後顧之憂。

「不接近、不騷擾、不飼養野生動物。」縣府表示，飼主應帶家犬及家貓到縣內12家動物醫院及鄉鎮巿公所施打免費疫苗，朴子醫院設有醫療接種站提供民眾就醫。民眾如發現野生動物受傷或死亡，勿碰觸，並立即撥打家畜疾病防治所專線0932525995。

【綜合報導】利比亞周六主要城市傳出抗議民眾湧入執政黨部辦公室，同時位於班加西的柯伊菲亞監獄(Koyfiya)發生超過一千名犯人逃獄。
 
根據當地官員表示，大部分逃獄的犯人都是重刑犯，由於逃獄和抗議同時發生，目前尚不清楚逃獄是否也是抗議活動的一部份，民眾抗議知名的反穆斯林兄弟會的政治人物阿爾莫斯曼里(Abdelsalam Al-Mosmary)被暗殺，抗議民眾指控是激進的伊斯蘭教徒所為。
 
安全部隊隨後逮捕回18名逃犯，部份逃犯則是自己回來，其他則還在追捕當中。

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市一名田姓女子，同情男子胡博勛(22歲)沒錢繳房租，拿4000元援助，田女剛好因為住家門鎖要換，所以請胡男幫忙找鎖匠。不料胡男發現田女家境不錯，趁機偷了1把鑰匙，再夥同2名友人前往行竊，得手94萬現金及296萬的戒指、珠寶。上周五晚間10時許，田女返家見客廳被破壞得面目全非，房間也被翻箱倒櫃氣得報警。

警方昨天晚間將胡男等3人逮捕，胡男向警方表示，因為發現田女留10萬元給兒子當零用錢，才會起貪念犯案，警方依強盜、竊盜罪將3人送辦。

【綜合報導】日前才傳出，英國大曼徹斯特地區的麥當勞(McDonald's)速食店，拒絕一位騎馬的女子進入附設的汽車點餐車道「得來速」(Drive-Thru)點餐消費，但畢竟那是匹馬，拒絕還有點道理，現在又傳出，英國麥當勞拒絕使用代步車速克達的老人，乘坐代步車進入得來速車道點餐，要求老人要將車停到店門口的停車格內，再自行走進店內點餐，這個規定就引發批評。

76歲的曾祖母蕾格(Kate Legg)日前到一家麥當勞，想買一杯自己最愛的草莓奶昔，她看到得來速車道裡只有一輛車在點餐，她說：「我想麥當勞不會希望我把這麼大台車子騎進他們店裡，而當時只有一輛車在購買，我不會擋到任何人，而且我覺得，騎著速克達在得來速點餐，感覺很好玩」，於是她就把代步車騎進了得來速，卻被拒絕消費，要求她把速克達停到車位上，再到店裡消費。

蕾格事後生氣的說：「這對身體有障礙的人根本就是歧視！」，而麥當勞發言人則表示：「代步速克達禁止進入得來速車道，但我們歡迎使用代步速克達的顧客，只要餐廳能夠進得去，都可以騎著代步車進到餐廳消費」。
