【劉榮輝／台南報導】陳姓男子昨晚與友人聚會，到KTV歡唱徹夜，直到今天清晨才開車返家趕上班，途經安南區海佃路二段180號前，太過疲累精神不濟，一時閃神先撞斷路邊消防栓後，再追撞店家前變電箱和擺放物品，整輛轎車卡在變電箱水泥平台上，車體嚴重毀損，路面散落木板、鐵箱和車子零件，所幸陳男毫髮未傷。
 
「碰！碰！」附近民眾表示，上午6時30分，突然聽到連續巨響，馬上衝出屋查看，剛好看到陳姓男子從車內爬出，車後消防栓因被撞飛，自來水柱當場噴出，高達1米多高，趕緊報案。救護人員抵達檢視陳男傷勢無礙，交由警方處理，並通知水公司、台電和受損店家到場。

【劉曉霞／台北報導】A7合宜宅報到率增加，截至今天為止，棄權率縮小到1成內，累計到今日放棄人數共43人，已登記407人。A7合宜宅聯合銷售中心副主委馬士雄說，目前主力仍是四房，主因貸款可達8成，總價相對低，付款容易。

馬士雄說，目前民眾最常遇到的問題還是貸款問題，部分民眾因為信用不良或欠債因素，可能無法貸款，大約有1成民眾來電洽詢，頭款35萬元無法支付，要去何處借貸。

下個月底要去韓國購物行了 行前當然要擬好清單，到了馬上瘋狂血拚 越排清單就像阿罵的裹腳布，目前一看竟然光彩妝品就2萬多元ORZ 我實在太容易生火 (其實是火種？ 一開始爬文很開心，到後來越爬越難過…… 為什麼不多賺一點~~~~~~~~！！！ 目前想要先刪減一下底妝， 以下是我刪掉一些，剩下很有興趣的，可是還是太多 1. It's skin 的 星星美膚日霜( 可當粉底 )SPF25/PA++ (這款有人用過可提供心得嗎？) 2. It's skin 的 蝸牛BB霜 3. Banila co 的 高效防曬透亮 CC霜SPF30/PA++ PF25/PA++ 4. Banila co 的 Let me Dressed 頂級款保濕控油細膩遮暇持久BB霜(紫色那款) 5. Missha 的 M perfect coverSPF42 PA+++ 經典BB霜 6. 【綜合報導】美國北卡羅來納27日傳出，發現神祕吸血生物卓柏卡布拉(chupacabra)，當地民眾發現一頭尖牙利爪，毛髮稀疏的動物，特徵剛好符合卓柏卡布拉。

據傳這種源自拉丁美洲的吸血動物，會攻擊牲畜飲用牠們的血，牠的名字就是源自西班牙話中的吸允(chupar)和山羊(cabra)，2個字結合而成。不過科學家懷疑卓柏卡布拉，實際上可能只是受寄生蟲感染的土狼。

標題[問題] 關於 s3 通話撥號器

【王家俊／台北報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，1985公民行動聯盟曾於7月20日發起包圍國防部活動，有3萬人自發性響應，聯盟將在洪仲丘公祭前一天，8月3日晚間6時在凱達格蘭大道前舉辦「萬人送行晚會」，呼籲公民站出來送仲丘最後一程。 聯盟今晚公部首波宣導短片，質疑「國防怖」睜眼說瞎話，要總統馬英九負完全責任。

聯盟發言人邱先生說，洪案發生近一個月，軍方追真相的承諾沒做到，國防部改革沒誠意，沒有第三方機制，8月3日聚集凱道，不只追真相，還要總統馬英九負全責，提人權改革方案。他表示，首波影片是幾個學生，花30幾小時剪出來的，未來還會有第二、第三波，凱道聚會不預設人數，盼踴躍響應。

1985行動聯盟對凱道活動聲明說，讓政府看見人民的憤怒與不滿，才能使仲丘的犧牲，給社會留下更多制度面的改革。他的犧牲，才能保護更多服役的台灣青年不受迫害。聯盟呼籲，政府於8月3日前具體回應，當天參與朋友才能安心送仲丘好走。「總統身為三軍統帥，對於軍中人權責無旁貸，日後軍中若再有人權相關問題，總統應直接負起完全責任！」

【綜合報導】追查洪仲丘枉死真相，今天桃檢、軍檢重建禁閉室現場。洪仲丘舅舅稍早抵達269旅時表示，洪案今天要開四個庭，又要重建269旅、813軍醫院現場，讓他們覺得分身乏術。至於陳毅勳、李念祖是否會到場還原事發現場，軍方不願證實。
