2013-07-28 01:48 中國時報 【洪璧珍／彰化報導】 　「晚安，加油！」彰化地區最近掀起夜間路跑風潮，短短不到兩個月，夜跑團體如 雨後春筍般，快速在十個鄉鎮市陸續成立，熱度直逼早年的「晨跑」，儼然蔚為全民運動 。 　彰化地區這股夜跑風潮，源於今年五月底的員林，起因則是春節過後南投竹山紫南 宮的喝丁酒活動。無心插柳卻開花結果！ 　在台中經營夜店的唐文甫與在員林經營髮廊的施瑋誠、胡秀如夫婦，都是熱愛運動 的好朋友；唐喜歡在下午騎單車上百果山，施姓夫婦則在午夜的員林街頭慢跑。 　今年喝丁酒那天，擔心人多車擠，唐與施夫婦三人騎單車前往，結果唐先抵達，施 夫婦不服，找唐挑單跑步；三人就這樣因緣際會，為這股夜跑風掀開序幕。 　獨運動，不如眾運動！五月底，三人成立「員林夜跑俱樂部」，透過ＦＢ與ＬＩＮ Ｅ，打算邀幾個朋友廿七日這一天一起夜跑，不料訊息在網路上被朋友一再轉發、分享， 當天居然來了六十多人，除了原本的那幾個朋友，其餘都是不認識的人，看到網路訊息自 己來的。 　就這樣，員林夜跑活動迅速流行起來，每周一、五晚上九點從衡文宮前開跑，到場 的跑友人數以倍數成長，不到一個月就突破千人，甚至多達兩千人，場面壯觀。 　夜跑活動所帶來的歡樂與能量，也快速感染、穿透所有參與過的人，很快的，一些 熱心跑友各自回到自己的居住地，透過網路號召志同道合的跑友一起推廣活動，田中、北 斗、永靖、大村、田尾、溪湖、彰化、鹿港、伸港，也都陸續組成夜跑團體，開始跑起來 了。 　目前除了北斗是每天跑（周四除外），其餘都是每周跑一次或兩次，距離約二、三 公里，大概半小時內可以完成；有人嫌不過癮，今天跑完甲地，明天到乙地去跑。 　有趣的是，這些熱情的跑友總是互相幫襯，每每帶著自製的標示牌，在現場留下「 到此一跑」的畫面，ＰＯ到網路上，也因此產生「輸人不輸陣」的催化效果，使得這股夜 跑風潮快速擴散，成為彰化地區最夯的夜間活動。 出處網址:http://news.chinatimes.com/domestic/11050615/112013072800311.html -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 163.23.67.44

【實習記者黃信維／台北報導】反服貿黑箱聯盟到立院抗議，與警方爆發激烈衝突，群眾因不滿警察不允許放置雨傘架給中暑的總召集人蔡丁貴遮陽，憤而衝撞立法院大門，但被優勢警力逼出大門外，群眾一度還高喊：「警察打人！」 

目前群眾集結到立院左側大門邊，持續高喊反服貿訴求；警方也以破壞公務為由舉牌警告，要求解散，但是群眾目前再度就地靜坐，情況僵持中。

【綜合報導】役男洪仲丘枉死，軍檢昨天前往269旅禁閉室模擬，洪仲丘姐姐洪慈庸講述昨天模擬結果，痛批禁閉室裡的操練，根本就是整人。

洪慈庸表示，如果按照昨天模擬還原結果看來，在洪仲丘倒地當天，現場所有人有段時間是離開現場，將洪仲丘獨自留在走廊，放任不理。針對禁閉室操練內容，洪慈庸表示這根本不是輕易就能辦到的，痛批軍方「整人」。

對於軍方調查洪案腳步，洪慈庸依舊表示「不期待」，因為事情已經到了這般田地，她們也不知道該說甚麼；至於被收押的戒護士李念祖，洪慈庸表示他畢竟太資淺，所以認為李念祖應該是最沒有犯意的人。

另外軍檢昨天也同步在813醫院模擬還原，洪慈庸表示，士官長陳以人到現場，曾經一度要引導護士發言，結果被制止。至於名嘴陳揮文在節目痛批她「too much」，洪慈庸表示一切交給社會公評。
