| 初生男嬰沒肛門 遭棄廁所全身爬滿蟻

【綜合報導】中國四川省自貢市一處工地的廁所，前天(28日)發現一名遭遺棄的初生男嬰，身上爬滿了螞蟻，不停哭泣。男嬰皮膚被咬得又紅又腫，肚子脹得像個西瓜，肚皮上還能看到青筋，被送到醫院後醫生發現男嬰天生沒有肛門，身上多個器官已經出現障礙，仍未脫離危險期。
醫生估計這名男嬰出生不到十天，警方表示可能是因為天生沒有肛門而遭父母遺棄。工地的兩名工人指出，前天早晨7時許，他們如常返回工地，就聽到嬰兒哭聲，走進廁所後發現這名男嬰。男嬰隨後被送到當地醫院接受手術，呼吸一度變得相當微弱，醫生表示即使他能度過現在的危險期，日後還是必須進行第二次手術。

| 新北三重區周四辦徵才 提供780個職缺

【林媛玲／新北報導】找工作看這裡，新北市勞工局於本周四在三重過圳活動中心，舉辦2013新北市中型徵才活動，現場邀請圓山飯店、友達光電、欣興電子、綠能科技、南亞電路板及燦坤3C等15家廠商，提供助理工程師、營業員等超過780個職缺，提醒欲求才民眾前往。
勞工局就業服務中心表示，徵才時間為上午11時至下午3時，另8月22日於蘆洲區公所及9月11日在永和國父紀念館也將辦理徵才活動。

| 媽媽背包被搶 7歲兒與匪街頭搏鬥

【綜合報導】澳洲當地時間周日(28日)下午，雪梨市中心一名42歲婦人帶著7歲兒子開車回家，剛停好車下車時，躲在路旁的男子衝了出來搶走婦人手上的提包，一旁的男童十分機警，抓著包包不放，與這名穿著短褲的搶匪在街頭拉扯，男童不斷追打搶匪，搶匪也還手與他拉扯，最後搶匪一腳踹中男童的脛骨，男童倒地，才逃離現場。
警方表示，被搶走的是個米色的史奴比提包，裡面有同款的史奴比錢包、現金若干與多張證件，這名劫匪身穿灰色連帽上衣、黑色短褲、黑色球鞋，頭戴白色安全帽，正在全力追捕中。

| 北市6000劑動物狂犬病疫苗將到

台北市防堵狂犬病疫情，上午成立台北市狂犬病疫情應變中心，北市產發局也緊盯疫苗進貨速度，分批採購，預估北市8月底前可進貨5萬劑以上，在此之前，最近也會由民間先進貨6000劑應急。
北市產發局長黃啟瑞說，下個月20日前這5萬劑動物狂犬疫苗到位，可以全面施打；此外，農委會這一兩天也會再撥2000劑疫苗應急。
北市衛生局長林奇宏指出，若疫苗暫時缺貨，民眾也不需恐慌，北市已啟動機制，目前打不到疫苗的飼主，可以主動留下聯絡電話，等到疫苗一到，就會主動通知。
