【孫友廉／新北報導】57歲的林姓男子趁擔任保姆的妻子外出，除猥褻受托照顧的3歲多女童下體，更騙說：「阿伯尿不出來，幫我按摩小鳥，就會尿出來了」，要女童替他打手槍，還試圖要女童幫他口交。
 
直到去年4月，女童母親在家幫女兒洗澡時，趁機性教育，提醒女兒說「咪咪」（下體）僅母親、外婆及保姆才能碰觸。那知女童卻回說：「阿伯（林男）有摸過」，邱女大驚失色，連忙追問，才知道林男已性侵女兒，憤而報警。
 
新北地院開庭時，林男仍否認，說妻子常在家，根本無機會可犯案，但法官考量檢警偵查時，被害女童會突然脫褲，更手握棒狀物，做出左右來回抽動的「打手槍」動作，認為年幼女童正天真無邪，會作出該動作，應是親身經歷，又前後指述大都一致，依強制性交未遂罪判處林男4年10月；全案尚可上訴。

屏東恆春民眾今上午六點，在山海路發現一隻白鼻心，全身是血，倒臥道路明顯死亡，因最近狂犬病疫情升溫，立即通報，墾丁國家公園管理處派員處理，初步研判白鼻心可能是遭過往車輛撞斃死亡，為求慎重起見，仍將白鼻心屍體送縣府農業局化驗處理。

【綜合報導】台灣狂犬病毒確定已跨物種感染。繼12隻鼬獾感染狂犬病後，農委會昨上午先公布新增2隻鼬獾染病，晚間再證實，上周三晚在台東市民宅咬婦人腳的錢鼠也染病，此為全球首例錢鼠感染狂犬病。官方雖稱錢鼠主動咬人機率低，可清理家戶、防堵進屋因應，但有專家直言「太可怕了」，全台數百萬至上千萬隻錢鼠，極易傳播病毒給人，應更積極撲滅山區病毒來源。

東海大學生命科學系教授林良恭直言，錢鼠確診「太可怕了」，因鼬獾和錢鼠較易同時出現在海拔100至200公尺處，政府應大量檢驗這些地區的錢鼠，「若各地錢鼠都有狂犬病毒，代表狂犬病已大爆發。」張淑賢說，上周台東已開始滅鼠，其他有染病鼬獾的高風險地區也會展開滅鼠，並會捕捉錢鼠檢驗是否有狂犬病毒。

【綜合報導】澳洲當地時間周日(28日)下午，雪梨市中心一名42歲婦人帶著7歲兒子開車回家，剛停好車下車時，躲在路旁的男子衝了出來搶走婦人手上的提包，一旁的男童十分機警，抓著包包不放，與這名穿著短褲的搶匪在街頭拉扯，男童不斷追打搶匪，搶匪也還手與他拉扯，最後搶匪一腳踹中男童的脛骨，男童倒地，才逃離現場。

警方表示，被搶走的是個米色的史奴比提包，裡面有同款的史奴比錢包、現金若干與多張證件，這名劫匪身穿灰色連帽上衣、黑色短褲、黑色球鞋，頭戴白色安全帽，正在全力追捕中。

【綜合報導】台南市男子曾文欽（29歲）只因失業想吃牢飯，在孩童視為樂園的湯姆熊遊樂場隨機割喉殺害11歲男童方嘉豪，落網後還嗆：「殺1、2人不會判死刑！」引發各界撻伐，檢方起訴也求處死刑，不料台南地院昨竟真如曾男所願，僅判他無期徒刑，更引發各界譁然。方小弟的父親難過說：「誰來還給我兒子一個公道？」方小弟的姑姑更激動哭喊：「台灣司法死了！」

法官判決理由指出，主要考量曾男有憂鬱及焦慮症狀，再加上他的智能程度、學歷不足及身心疾病影響，並非全然泯滅人性，仍有教化改過的可能，才判處無期徒刑。
