【王玉樹／台北報導】為杜絕外界質疑，台電今天開放媒體拍攝核一廠乾式貯存場現況。台電表示，場內預計安置25個乾式貯存桶，存放1680束廢高放射性燃料棒，目前場內已經運來6個貯存桶外殼放在牆邊，台電下月將先啟用2桶放到規劃中的固定位置，開始進行「熱測試」，然後再開始「燃料裝填」，正式從反應爐一號機旁的使用過高放射性燃料棒冷卻池中移出112束，各放56束到2個測試貯存桶中。
 
整個工作預計10月底結束，如果順利安全，台電將正式向原能會提出核一廠乾式貯存場「運轉執照」申請，如通過明年4月起開始進行其他23桶放性核廢棒存放，將可安置使用40年。

.前監察院院長王作榮今早八時十五分在台北榮民總醫院過世。

北榮院方表示，王作榮三日前就住進加護病房，意識一直不是很清楚，後又因肺炎引發敗血症休克以及多重器官衰竭過世，與自然老化有關，家屬自住院後就一直在旁陪伴。

【曾佳俊／新北報導】繼老字號台鐵6款便當重金屬過量後，新北市今年送給全市3萬多名幼兒園畢業生的不鏽鋼便當盒禮物，也測出重金屬錳超標5倍，溫度過高可能溶出有毒物質，人體攝取過量可能導致生殖力受損，另便當盒含鎳與鉻含量偏低，容易生鏽損壞。

教育局今天下午緊急公告，要求得標廠商從下月20日起，提供為期1個月的更換合格環保餐具組服務，家長們可到原畢業學校退換。

新北市府辦理本學年度公私立幼兒園畢業生禮物採購，總金額達1647萬元，3萬多名幼童可獲1份價值500元的畢業禮物，不過，14項禮物之一的便當盒，曾被民代質疑無隔熱作用，違反招標要求「不燙手」及「大小碗」規格，懷疑有圖利特定廠商，沒想到事隔1個多月，竟被檢出重金屬超標。

內政部部務會報昨日通過「土地登記規則」及「地籍測量實施規則」修正草案，新增建物產權測繪登記流程簡化規定，今（2013）年10月1日以後領有使用執照的建物，得以建築師繪製簽證的「建物標示圖」，直接申請建物所有權第一次登記，大大提升行政效率及為民服務品質。

內政部表示，目前建物於竣工取得使用執照後，建物所有權人如欲申辦建物產權登記，必須先向地政事務所申請建物第一次測量，取得建物測量成果圖後，始可申請建物所有權第一次登記，其作業程序及時程較為繁複冗長，難以符合申請人希望儘速完成產權登記，順利取得所有權狀的期待。

此外，考量不動產登記名義人申請住址變更登記時，以國民身分證影本或戶口名簿影本作為身分證明較為便利，所以這次同時刪除「戶籍謄本」為申請住址變更登記時所需檢附的文件，以加強便民服務。
