高等軍事法院、北部地方軍事法院今天上午表示，已經收到軍檢移審洪仲丘案，高院、地院下午2點30分各別開庭，同時審理在押四人有無羈押必要。

洪案在押4人為副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、副連長劉延俊、上士范佐憲。

【朱健弘／台北報導】補教名師徐薇主持的TVBS歡樂台《上班這黨事》，昨天播出「為何上班就是不易瘦 都是下午茶點惹的禍?!」主題，在有線電視台收視達0.87，TVBS節目部今特地開香檳為她慶功，她本來很High，但突然被噴射的軟木塞正中頭頂，把她嚇得花容失色，不過聽到工作人員說這代表收視率一飛衝天的好兆頭，立刻笑逐顏開。
《上班這黨事》播出邁向500集，美食單元經常立功，主持人黑人和徐薇還因此成為最大受惠者，兩人總在節目錄影時狂吃人氣美食，徐薇笑說：「每次拿到錄影腳本，我第一件事就是滿心期待看有沒有錄吃的單元，只要一發現沒有，就有很深的惆悵感湧上來，然後立刻把腳本放一旁。」

【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案，軍檢昨偵結後直指，因洪以退伍在即為由，不想背值星執勤拒背值星，造成上士范佐憲等人不滿犯了眾怒；洪母胡素真質疑：「為何軍方到現在才說？這是對仲丘的誣衊！」

洪母說，2個月前，她發現洪仲丘帶高普考的書到部隊去看，她問他說：「你部隊不是很忙嗎？怎麼有空看書？」當時他答：「因為長官叫我不用背值星。」她強調：「仲丘是小小的下士班長，可以說不背值星就不背嗎？這種說法很奇怪！」

【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮縣吉安鄉永興村吉興路三段一處農田灌溉水圳閘門，今天下午四時許被人發現一具水流屍，稻香派出所長石政寬表示，一名工人在附近整地時，跑到水圳引水，不料卻看見一具已發黑的水流屍，嚇得趕緊報案。警方獲報通報鑑識小組成員前往現場採證調查，初步查出死者為男性，雙腿疑似有刺青，身穿藍色長袖、黑短褲，死亡時間約一個禮拜，警方找來葬儀社人員協助撈起屍體，並在採集指紋，發現死者褲子留有一電話號碼字條，正尋電話線索幫死者協尋家屬，並調查是否有他殺之嫌。

【綜合報導】立院今天召開服貿協議公聽會。國策顧問郝明義痛批馬政府為了要拚政績，執意簽署兩岸服貿協議，破壞民主程序，憤而辭去國策顧問。

郝明義表示，這五年來擔任國策顧問期間，都以公開信或非公開發言給馬總統建議，但這次服貿協議卻是黑箱作業、根本就就是錯亂的政府體制，種種問題已經不是馬總統「偏聽，而是議題上就有認知偏差，所以憤而請辭，要給馬總統最後的提醒。

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院司法委員會上午初審《軍事審判法》修正草案，希望在承平時期軍人若犯部分的刑案，如凌虐部屬、酒駕、吸毒等，可回歸一般司法體系偵辦。不過國防部不願倉促修法，上午經協商後僅獲幾項共識，包括凌虐部屬部分移交一般司法偵辦，洪仲丘案可回歸一般司法偵辦等。擔任主席的藍委廖正井說，下午繼續開會，今天一定要有進度，才能回應民意訴求。

今天會議實際上僅開了約一小時，其餘時間都在協商。國防部法律司長周志仁堅持，國防部已經準備修法，希望能再給國防部一點時間，等開完公聽會、聽取學者專家意見後，就會儘速修法，不過朝野立委都不接受。周志仁在協商過程中，還忍不住抱怨，若民間對軍中司法有疑慮，就要把軍法體系廢除，那一般司法體系難道也要廢除？「軍中沒有你們想得這麼黑暗！」

周志仁昨天自爆兩天沒睡覺，今天身體狀況仍不佳，協商時說會喘，只能坐著與一旁的朝野立委、國防部副部長高廣圻協商。
