【陳郁仁／台北報導】朝野今晨為核四公投案在立院議場發生衝突，不過，上次立院美牛案衝突時擔任黨鞭，多次指揮藍委擬攻下主席台，卻反被綠營祭出「We go」戰歌嘲諷「薇閣事件」的國民黨立委吳育昇，在今天多次藍營的攻堅中缺席，甚至沒進入議場內。國民黨團書記長賴士葆說：「如果今天不出現，一定送黨紀處分。」

對黨鞭嗆聲，吳育昇說，他不怕，還說：「第一次聽到不打架要祭黨紀 ，多年前跟黃偉哲打架，縫 了8針，就決定不進議場衝撞 。」吳說投票時還是會進議場投，他還跟賴攀交情說：「  我跟賴士葆感情很好，不會被祭黨紀。」

核四公投案預計周五闖關，逼急向來主張「安檢勿綁公投」的前原能會核安監督委員會委員林宗堯，人在屏東的他，昨晚急向經濟部長張家祝口頭報告試運轉小組成立以來，最新的「核四摘要報告」。

張家祝昨天深夜受訪表示，社會期待以及公投壓力，讓擇善固執的林宗堯「心急了」，儘管他已再三向林承諾，只要把每個環節都確切盤點清楚，他甚至說過「做到明年年底都沒關係」。

張家祝說，「我一直勸他壓力不要太大」，因為他一直提到，年底前公投底限，壓得他喘不過氣來。

【台灣醒報記者方家敏綜合報導】第一個成人大小的擬真人造耳朵，終於研發成功！美國麻省總醫院研究團隊，用動物的細胞培養出有彈性、有軟骨的耳朵。這份研究不同於之前的實驗，科學家能培育出成人大小的耳朵，且相似度與真人耳朵極高。研究團隊預計在五年內推向臨床，屆時將替畸耳症患者，或因意外喪失耳朵的傷患裝上耳朵。

根據《BBC》報導，過去曾成功的將人造耳朵移植到老鼠背上，且能順利生長，但是長在老鼠背上的人造耳經不起時間的考驗，會逐漸變形，且沒辦法長到如成人耳朵的大小。更讓科學家傷腦筋的是，過去的人造耳朵沒有軟骨，只是一團耳朵形狀的肉。

最新一期《皇家社會期刊》的研究指出，麻省總醫院研究團隊先取出牛和羊的細胞，並放入耳朵模型中。在膠質狀3D的耳朵模型中嵌入鈦金屬支架，並以電腦斷層照影掃描持續調整耳朵形狀，維持耳朵的長、寬、深度，與彎曲的幅度，以避免在移植後發生變形或傷口癒合不全的狀況。接著，再從人體取出軟骨，植入模型中。

麻省總醫院的醫師湯瑪斯‧舍凡表示，用電腦掃描3D耳朵模型，除了能夠精準掌握耳朵的形成，也能確定模型中的細胞能發展到一定的數量，足以長到成人耳朵的大小。他說，這不僅是第一次在人造耳朵移植到動物身上12周後，仍維持耳朵形狀，也是第一次能製出有軟骨，有如真人耳朵般有彈性的人造耳朵。

「這將是人造器官臨床實驗的一大步。」舍凡預計五年內能夠將人造耳朵用於臨床實驗，移植到人類身上。這不僅是醫學界的新里程碑，能帶給小耳症與耳道閉鎖症患者一絲希望，也能讓在意外中喪失耳朵的傷患重拾信心。
