【吳苡辰／台北報導】高雄市建物買賣移轉棟數出爐，根據高雄市政府地政局統計，高雄市7月建物買賣移轉棟數為4353棟，較6月3649棟增加19%，7月最多的3個行政區分別是三民區644棟、鼓山區539棟與鳳山區496棟。

鳳山區因房價相對便宜，本是高雄市近期購屋熱區，但卻較6月522棟減少5%，反成購屋熱區中少數建物買賣移轉棟數減少的區域。房仲業者表示，鳳山區近期房價成長過快，使購屋族觀望。

台北市議員賴素如被控收賄替台北車站太極雙星工程業者護航，上月25日被依涉及貪汙罪嫌起訴後繼續羈押，她提抗告希望能交保，昨天被台灣高等法院駁回，仍然無法恢復自由身。

高院認為，賴素如始終否認犯行，對案情的說法與其他被告、檢調蒐集的證據和資料內容不符，顯示她對案情避重就輕，多所隱瞞。賴素如否認收賄和替業者護航，他日法院審理時一定要傳訊其他涉案被告一起對質，如果現在讓她交保，恐怕會勾串證人、湮滅證據。

法官權衡賴素如涉案情節重大，危害國家公務人員的廉潔形象和司法正義甚鉅，認為還是要羈押才能防止串證和確保審判繼續進行。

想問版上的大家 真正擁有觸控螢幕的筆電 你們真的常常有在用觸控的功能嗎？ 這是不是只是一個雞肋的噱頭而已呢？ 因為我目前還想不到有哪些事是非得要觸控才能辦到的， 或者是說有了觸控真的方便很多很多嗎？ 會不會你們還是用習慣Pad & Mouse 想這樣問的原因是因為現在卡在幾台電腦在選 有的有觸控，有的沒有。 就像我之前買3D的手機一樣， 結果用了2個月之後， 沒怎麼在開3D來看了...呵呵 麻煩大家給我中肯的建議了!!! 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.43.26.2

蘋果日報-台新稱放緩合併 彰銀總座轟全假的
