鑑於民眾酒後駕車陋習未除，發生酒駕肇事交通事故仍層出不窮，造成許多家庭破碎；東勢警分局邀集轄區相關行業的業者，召開防制酒後駕車等安全措施座談會，達成「代叫計程車」或「替代駕駛」等共識。

防酒駕座談會由分局長蔡榮林主持，轄區餐飲業者代表、里民及分局各單位主管等近百人參加。蔡分局長表示，希望藉由座談會建構與會各餐廳及計程車等業者的溝通平臺，針對防制酒駕宣導作為，以及協助「代叫計程車」或「替代駕駛」等作法提出意見及討論，形成社會各界全方位防制酒駕的概念。

會中，與會餐飲、計程車業者代表及里長們發言踴躍，針對防制酒駕宣導作為及協助「代叫計程車」或「替代駕駛」等議題，展開熱烈的討論。達成三項決議，首先請各餐飲業者運用LED電子看板、媒體、網路等傳播管道，協助宣導民眾周知刑法第185條之3新修正規定，業已於今年6月13日起生效，酒駕罰則加重，請勿酒後駕車，建立赴宴指定駕駛及餐飲業者協助「代叫計程車」或「替代駕駛」等安全觀念。

其次，請各計程車行（業者、個人）配合各餐飲業者「代叫計程車」或「替代駕駛」，以避免酒客宴後駕車風險；顧客請餐廳「代叫計程車」或「替代駕駛」時，業者同意提供優惠方案回饋(如價格打折或招待精緻美食一盤等)及協助登記車行或車號以維護顧客權益。

這些宣導新作法，將由警分局編製宣導海報，與會車行所屬司機同意提供連絡資料，印製於海報上公開張貼於各餐飲店家內或公共場所公佈欄，俾利民眾知悉利用。盼能減少因酒駕對社會所造成之危害，有效防制酒駕案件發生，確保民眾的生命財產安全。

【綜合報導】陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘遭凌虐致死案，昨移軍事法院審理，羈押庭中副連長何江忠推給連長徐信正，指徐稱「洪仲丘囂張跋扈，要送悔過！」

《聯合報》報導，何江忠推給連長徐信正，徐信正則罪推士官長陳以人，當被問到是否連上有人想關洪仲丘禁閉時，他停頓3秒後說：「陳以人」。

大家出去旅遊的時候都是怎麼攜帶保養品呢 例如化妝水，應該不會都是帶一整瓶出去吧?! 最近得出國兩個禮拜，因為種種原因得盡量壓縮自己的行李容量 雖然已經盡量事先買好小包裝的保養品了 不過乳霜那種就沒辦法... 有想到把之前用完的試用品罐子洗一洗，再把挖一些過去 不過有些擔心會不會不太好 兩個禮拜其實滿短的應該不會怎麼樣吧:( 通常大家都是怎麼做的呢？ ~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.134.194

抱爸嗆警…昏迷爸突睜眼 通緝犯束手就擒

基隆市林姓毒品通緝犯在醫院照顧罹癌的父親，看到員警到醫院抓人，一度抱住躺在病床上的父親，說要帶著昏迷多日的父親一起到派出所，沒想到看到父親突然睜開眼睛，心慌鬆手，乖乖就範。警方昨天偵訊後，將他解送基隆地方法院歸案。

市警四分局大武崙派出所接獲線報，指因吸食毒品被通緝的43歲林姓男子「躲」在長庚醫院情人湖院區，員警前晚9點多到醫院的病房內找到林姓男子。

林姓男子對員警說，他要照顧病重的父親，無法隨警員回派出所接受偵訊。

警方查出林姓男子的媽媽在家，打電話通知她到醫院來後，準備逮捕林姓男子時，他竟抱住躺在病床上的父親與警員「對峙」，說要抓他，就得把父親一起帶到派出所。

警員說，當林姓男子在耍「無賴」時，他昏迷中的父親竟然睜開雙眼，他看到後嚇了一跳，鬆手放開父親，乖乖隨員警回派出所接受偵訊。

男子帶酒女回家　女竟意外墜樓

【吳國仲／台北報導】北投今天凌晨3時許，發生1起墜樓意外，李姓男子帶甫認識不久的酒店女子回致遠一路1棟公寓5樓住處休息，不料女子不慎從陽台墜落，李男趕緊報警。警消獲報到場，發現女子僅全身多處擦傷，意識清楚並沒有生命危險，但是仍將女子送醫觀察。

就業新增人數不如預期　美股跌

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案軍事法院今天下午開羈押庭，晚間庭訊，副旅長何江忠以30萬元交保，連長徐信正以25萬元交保，上士范佐憲以20萬元交保。加上戒護士陳毅勳15萬元交保，一共4人全部交保。
