【陳明旺／台北報導】為阻擋國民黨立委運用人數優勢，在今天立院臨時會院會，強勢表決通過核四公投案，民進黨立委昨天傍晚5點2分即搶進立院議場，展開徹夜守備，要讓今天院會開不成。國民黨團昨傍晚緊急會商，深夜發出動員令，通知立委今清晨4點半到立院集合。4點15分，立委張嘉郡一臉素顏趕到，隨後邱文彥、李鴻鈞、羅明才等20多名藍委陸續趕到，由總指揮官、將軍立委陳鎮湘做勤前教育，要搶回主席台。

陳鎮湘在勤前教育時將藍委分為三批，第一線「接觸」，第二線待命，第三線休息，目標是在主席台附近搶佔一席之地，但儘量不發生衝突。4點40分藍委兵分二路前進議場，進入議場後，藍委直攻主席台，而此時綠委早已議場內座椅堆起阻礙，要力守主席台。

藍委廖國棟等第一線人員在排除障礙時，陸續與綠委發生推擠衝突，姚文智、費鴻泰、陳歐珀、林鴻池等人推擠拉扯成一團，現場「你不要推我」之聲不絕於耳。綠委林淑芬痛斥藍委進議場還帶媒體來是作秀，還說演夠了，「馬英九都看到了！」推擠2分鐘後，場面恢復對峙，綠委仍保有主席台，形成對峙。現場媒體也立即被請出議場，待正式開會時才開放採訪。

【綜合報導】根據據中青網報導，東莞一名18歲女孩小占上網轉租公寓，結果引狼入室，但小占臨危不亂，反色誘對方，最終歹徒中計就擒。

小佔在東莞的一家髮廊工作，前幾天準備回老家，想把自己住的公寓房給轉租掉，上網發了一個招租訊息後，一名20多歲的男子就來看房子，但這位男子心懷不軌，進門後一把勒住小占的脖子，並且用毛巾把她的手腳都捆綁起來。男子劫完財之後，回頭一看小占準備順道劫個色，小占發現順勢將計就計，小占描述當時情況表示：「他說我現在強姦你，你信嗎？他就扯了一下衣服就沒了，然後我望著他眼睛看了半天，我說我不信，我靠著他，他的心跳非常快，我說你不要緊張，我都沒緊張，你不要怕我跑，來來來，把我抱緊一點，我不會跑的。他一直(喘氣)，他說你不要這樣(呼呼)。」

接著小占拐騙歹徒，邀他一起到樓下吃個飯，再到銀行櫃員機領錢，再告訴對方你就可以坐計程車逃走了。歹徒被小占說服兩人一起下樓，在下樓的電梯裡小占還故意輕輕勾住歹徒的手臂，依偎在他的肩膀上，這一招讓歹徒整個心都酥了，幾乎完全忘記了自己正在打劫。

2人走出門口，小占看見保安立刻求救，歹徒當場被保安逮捕，小占隨機應變救了自己，不過也所幸這名歹徒應該是新手犯案，小占才能逃過一劫。

【綜合報導】根據21世紀經濟報導指出香港首富李嘉誠，似乎正逐漸「離港，將資產西移，到目前為止，約半數的公司資產已轉移至歐洲，3年累計海外併購額高達1445億港元。

2010年，以長子李澤鉅為先鋒，長江基建、電能實業和李嘉誠基金會合作，斥資58億英鎊，從法國電力公司(EDF)手中買下英國電網業務，不到1年，長江基建再次出手，花費24.1億英鎊收購英國水務公司(Northumbrian Water Group)，10個月後，長江基建高調出擊，以6.45億英鎊收購英國配氣網絡Wales &West Utilities(WWU)，三項業務的企業價值合共超過125億英鎊。

短短2年內，長江集團一躍成為英國最大的單一海外投資者，歷史投資總額超過300億英鎊。單在基建方面，長江集團為英國1/4的人口提供配氣服務，旗下的英國電網掌控英國30%的電力供應，去年收購的英國水務公司 (Northumbrian Water)則為超過7%的英國人口提供飲用水。

今年6月，李嘉誠更將觸角伸到歐洲其他國家，由控股母公司長江實業牽頭，豪擲97億港元收購荷蘭最大的廢物轉化能源公司AVR共計35%的股權。

相比之下，在香港，李嘉誠3年內僅有兩次參與併購。2010年，和黃從華潤集團手中耗費57億港元增持國際貨櫃碼頭的權益。今年3月7日，和記港口信託再次支付39億港元收購亞洲貨櫃碼頭股權的所有權益。

再以資本開支為例，和黃前6個月共計支出110億港元，投到歐洲地區的就有76億港元，占比高達69%。期內，香港與內地合共14.3億港元，甚至還不如亞洲其他地區的開支(20億港元)。

若計算資產和負債，歐洲總資產為3516億港元，占比44.5%。單一歐洲3集團負債累計1251億港元，若加上基建、港口和零售業務，歐洲債務總量超過集團總負債的一半。

專家分析，李嘉誠寧可忍受連續8年的虧損(2003年-2011年)也要繼續投資歐洲3G業務，這已充分證明了歐洲在他心中的地位。

而且高槓桿的財務投資出現在歐洲，則預示這場資產西移的過程還遠未結束。
