前民主進步黨籍立委簡錫堦今天說，民進黨應更有彈性的與社運團體站在一起，積極回應社運團體要求的政策，以說服公民社會。

近幾個月來，從核四議題、大埔事件、洪仲丘案、兩岸服務貿易協議等議題，許多不同的社運團體，發起各類公民運動走上街頭。不過，民進黨在這些社會運動中退居二線，遭致社會運動「邊緣化」的批評。

簡錫堦說，政黨與社會運動本來就有所區隔，政黨不能主導社會運動，應從體制上建構政策與制度；但民進黨不能夠不回應社運團體對議題的需求，因為這牽扯到選票，政黨如果對社會公平正義都不發聲，會與民眾疏離。

他說，民進黨應更有彈性與社運走在一起，如果只是在立法院裡秀一秀，黨中央卻沒有積極主張，會令社運團體失望。

簡錫堦認為，民進黨應對社運團體的需求，提出政治解決方案，例如大埔事件可以針對土地徵收條例修法，吸取學者論述、納為政策，並積極立法說服公民社會，但目前都沒有看到。

民進黨中執委洪智坤說，政黨功能是匯聚民意，透過執政或監督實現政策主張，社運團體走在政黨前面是必然的，但政黨要有反映社運團體主張，並轉化為政策的能力。

洪智坤認為民進黨當前的問題包括缺乏政治議程、缺乏議題縱深與缺乏社會連結。

民進黨籍立委鄭麗君說，民進黨在立法院攻防核四議題，社運團體在外展現力量，兩者間就是分進合擊，政治力與社會力都很重要。

【朱正庭／台北報導】網路不當內容申訴窗口「Win網路贏家單e窗口」今公布3周年白皮書，負責主持的白絲帶關懷協會統計，從去年8月到今年7月15日期間共處理8957件申訴案，比去年增加8%，其中網路色情佔46.1%(4128件)最多，其次為網路詐騙占14.9%(1344件)，電信相關、電腦病毒等，占9.4%(841件)。
 
白絲帶關懷基金會表示，今年也首度出現色情動漫公仔申訴案，民眾申訴在包含露天拍賣等拍賣網站，有賣家販售姿態撩人女性角色公仔，從6月至7月中旬就有172件，經通報業者處理後，已改列限制級區。
 
另根據統計，臉書不良內容申訴案，也從前2年45、180件，增加到245件，網路色情、網路詐騙、不當語言居前3名，下架率37%，較整體下架率平均7成要低許多。白絲帶關懷基金會執行長、政大傳播學院教授黃葳葳表示，根據研究臉書已成為青少兒第2大入口網站（33.3%），僅次Yahoo!奇摩(50%)。

【綜合報導】在美國帕沙迪納城市學院(Pasadena City College)任教的史庫茲教授(Hugo Schwyzer)，今年在校園開設一門「探索情色片」的課程，但史庫茲前天表示，從新學期開始，他將不再開設相關課程，他說「我累了」。

史庫茲說，自從他開了這門課以來，不斷接到校外民眾投訴，甚至有威脅信，讓他不勝其擾。此外，史庫茲說，他為了開A片課，不惜把自己醜陋的「底」都掀開，包括他曾經嗑藥，15年前曾試圖自殺和殺害前女友，以及剛到學校擔任教職時，和多名女同學發生性愛關係。

史庫茲表示，為了開這門課，他和校方「交換條件」，願意斬斷所有桃花和不良嗜好，來換取留任的機會。但史庫茲也說，自從開了A片探索課，接到一大堆投訴和威脅信，也未見校方有積極處理，因此他說：「我需要休息，未來將不再開類似課程。」

在3月時，史庫茲曾在課堂上邀請AV男優狄恩(James Deen)到校開講，引發校內外學生一陣議論，不過大部分學生都支持狄恩成為特別講師，也未傳出有任何抗議的行動。
