針對公民1985行動聯盟的訴求，總統府發言人李佳霏今天晚間轉述，凱道上的聲音反映社會對於軍中人權保障的強烈要求，總統都聽到了，也肯定大家的訴求。

李佳霏轉述，馬英九總統表示，國軍存在是為了保國衛民，國軍的人權跟尊嚴絕對不容侵犯；推動軍中人權保障的提升勢在必行，總統除全力支持行政院長江宜樺今晚記者會的四點宣示之外，身為三軍統帥，總統會持續關心、強力督導國防部7月26日針對軍中管教、申訴制度、人權保障所提出的13項改革措施，務必杜絕類似事件重演。

【綜合報導】總統府前凱道昨晚被人潮塞爆，各地民眾有人出錢包遊覽車，有人包高鐵、包台鐵車廂，25萬人湧入凱道；除了滿滿都是人，熱情民眾更是不斷提供止渴解飢的各種物資。發起活動的1985公民行動聯盟表示，聯盟沒有動員，「完全是公民自主參與」。

昨午台中市建國北路上約有400名熱血青年集結，搭乘8輛遊覽車北上，陸續有人送來麵包、礦泉水、香蕉及一瓶瓶提神飲料，準備戰到深夜。高雄熱血鄉民昨包6輛遊覽車北上，無法北上的鄉民熱情也不落人後，將一箱箱點心餐盒、飲料、礦泉水送到集結點。

2013年5-6月期統一發票開獎，再添11位千萬富翁。財政部統計，自2011年至今，已經出現170位千萬富翁，但是其中共有37張千萬發票已經確定過期，喪失領獎權限，包含5-6月期，可以領獎的千萬發票，還有13張。

在財政部大力推動電子發票下，今年以來，電子發票開立張數累計已逾20億張，占總發票張數的25%。使用載具索取電子發票的民眾激增下，電子發票的中獎張數也愈來愈多。

財政部統計，5-6月期統一發票，包括千萬特別獎與200萬元特獎共21張中獎發票，就有多達15張屬於電子發票，傳統紙本發票只有六張。

財政部提醒中獎人，5-6月期統一發票8月6日起可以領獎，期間三個月，逾期無法領獎；另外，3-4月期統一發票還有二張千萬大獎未領取，領獎期限到9月5日截止。

二張等待領取的千萬發票，都是由台北市的統一超商開出，分別位在酒泉街與民權東路6段。

財政部昨（1）日公布5-6月期統一發票中，千萬大獎的中獎人共有11位；對中200萬元特獎者則有10位。千萬大獎中獎人中，消費金額最小的台中市沙田路的全家便利商店，中獎人在上午購買二瓶牛奶（50元），就幸運中1,000萬元特別獎。

200萬元特獎則有10位中獎人，其中，以在台中市永香南路全家便利商店繳付十元手續費的民眾為最幸運。另外，5-6月期統一發票的21位大獎中獎人，消費金額沒有一人超過1,000元。

財政部說，除了電子發票中獎張數逐漸增多外，超商開出的發票中獎率仍然居首。以5-6月期發票為例，11張千萬發票，就有四張是在超商開出；200萬元的十張幸運發票，更有多達六張，來自於超商。

財政部說，國內四大超商一年開出的發票張數超過20億張，幾占全國總發票量的四分之一。

【姚瑞宸／高雄報導】統一獅隊內野手劉育辰，在今晚對義大犀牛之戰第1局尚未上場，就被鄧志偉擊出的擦棒球擊中下巴，當場被扶退場休息。
劉育辰此役擔任獅隊先發第6棒二壘手，1局上獅隊進攻時，緊接著在場上揮擊的第5棒鄧志偉，在場邊準備，不料鄧志偉擊出的第2記擦棒球，不偏不倚直接擊中他的下巴，造成外部皮膚的撕裂傷，部分肌肉腫漲，沒有太明顯而嚴重的傷勢，已隨即退場休息並觀察中。
管理王坤堯說：「飛來的球很強，再高一點點，牙齒都會被打掉。」
