【綜合報導】中國河南交通警察昨日執勤時，攔截一輛汽車，檢查司機駕駛執照，發現司機是名叫阿部龍男的日本人，但當時對方只能出示日本駕駛執照。

交警遂告知阿部在中國開車必須領有中國駕照，但阿部突然高呼「釣魚台是中國的！」希望交警能網開一面。不過最後汽車仍遭扣查，交警還笑言：「你喊東京是中國都沒用。」

【綜合報導】洪仲丘家屬質疑遭不明人士電話監聽一事，台中市政府警察局今天下午由市刑大通訊監查中心派員帶著高科技儀器到洪家進行線路檢測，經檢測家中客廳及廚房40分鐘後，否認洪家電話線路受到監聽一事。

《壹電視》報導，洪家除了客廳訊號較為異常外，其餘正常，警方表示可能是電視台在採訪造成訊號異常，否認遭監聽。但洪姊洪慈庸受訪時表示，在調查中要監聽需要傳票或法院證明才能做，但仲丘案子特殊且層級較高，可能國安或國防系統無法調查，所以有沒有也不知道。

政大教授徐世榮在大埔抗議事件中遭警方逮捕，徐世榮控告國安局長蔡得勝妨害自由等罪。國安局今天發表新聞稿指出，蔡局長從未對本案下達過任何指示，特勤維安工作皆依「特種勤務條例」規定執法。

國安局表示，特勤並無阻制徐世榮發表意見，徐世榮是被警方認為失序並移送法辦原因也與特勤無關；警方因徐世榮倒臥道路阻礙車輛行進，致生人車危險，故以公共危險及妨害公務罪嫌移送偵辦。國安局對警方依法執行勤務予以支持。
