【楊忠翰／台北報導】昨天凌晨3時許，台北市一名23歲詹姓男子在西門町與友人歡唱後，因喝了不少酒而選擇搭乘計程車返家，未料詹男竟然在付車費時發酒瘋，先是趁亂偷了司機錢包，對方向他索回後又動手搶奪腰包，司機不堪其擾只好報警處理，警方到場後將橫躺在地的詹嫌帶回偵訊。

警方表示，詹嫌為建設公司的儲備幹部，並無任何前科，卻因飲酒過量誤事，他在警局醒來後，對前一晚發生的事毫無所悉，得知自己鑄下大錯也後悔不已，直呼：「我下次再也不敢喝這麼多酒了！」

【王家俊／台北報導】有兩名男性同時進行變性手術，其一先向戶政單位變更性別為女，兩人結婚後，另一人再辦變女登記，遭內政部認定女女婚姻無效，引發爭議。內政部下午召開跨部會議，從寬認定婚姻關係存續中的變性，其婚姻仍屬有效。

內政部次長林慈玲晚間轉述兩項結論，只要結婚當下，身分證上符合《民法》一男一女相關規定，結婚登記即屬有效，其次，何時檢具證明到戶政單位辦理變性登記，尊重當事人，終身不辦理登記亦可。

據轉述，法務部官員在下午會中也同意性別多元觀點，表示何謂男女，沒有專家，國內也沒有一套標準足以認定，並援引20年前的一宗函示，從寬認定跨性別婚姻，是逆轉關鍵。會中專家學者則認為，變性手術會拖很長的時間，難以認定何時變男、變女。

衛生福利部也坦承，沒有能力檢查如何才算「改造完成」，因此採「登記主義」，而非「事實認定」原則。戶政司長謝愛齡說，未來辦理結婚登記，會依照一般慣例，不會多加詢問，程序也沒有任何變動。據指出，國內歷來辦理過變性登記的總數約在數百人之譜。至於同志婚姻等合法化的問題，會中沒有討論。
