【陳雍仁／綜合報導】亞錦賽複賽第2天，中華今戰日本，開賽雖被日本打出11比2攻勢，陷9分落後，但中華隨後逐漸找回攻守節奏，慢慢追回失分，決勝第4節，「大房東」曾文鼎在終場前終了前3分21秒飆進關鍵3分以及「野獸」林志傑在終場前44.9秒的「3分打」，兩人聯手澆熄日本反撲氣焰，終場中華以79比76險勝，亞錦賽至今5連勝，暫居複賽E組第1。

【林海全╱台中報導】洪案進入第37天，仍沒有真相，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸今天上午表示，家屬和律師討論後，認為現在的偵辦重點，要轉回仲丘的遺物，因為流落在外的東西，是不是跟案情有比較大的相關，家屬跟律師都很重視。
洪慈庸指出，仲丘遺失的筆記本去了哪裡，誰侵占黑色筆記本，過了兩個禮拜，軍檢都沒有進度，不管筆記本有沒有任何紀錄，家屬都可以要求歸還。她說，當初只有從軍中拿回仲丘的書籍、衣物，還有兩支手機、MP3，不知道東西被拿走多少，也無從查證，只知道黑色筆記本不見了，「如果他們有一點良知，拿走弟弟任何東西，趕緊拿出來。」

加拿大今(2013)年4月發生一起17歲少女遭網路霸凌後自殺的案件，警方8日逮捕兩名涉案男子。這位少女疑遭性侵，照片被貼上網後，她連續數月備受騷擾後上吊尋死，此案當時引起全國公憤和國際媒體關注。
受害人是加拿大諾瓦斯科細亞省（Nova Scotia）哈利法克斯市（Halifax）少女巴森斯（Rehtaeh Parsons），在2011年11月一場派對喝醉後，被4名男同學性侵，照片被上傳網路。她今年4月4日在家中上吊，搶救後靠維生裝置保住性命，但雙親最後決定拔管。
她的母親把女兒自殺原因歸咎於事後同學的不斷侮辱，包括有人罵她「蕩婦」。帕森斯這段期間一再搬家、轉學，卻無法擺脫騷擾。
兩名涉案男子在8日被逮，據《路透社》報導，警方發布的聲明稿中，並沒有提及逮捕的原因，目前也尚未被控任何罪名，因此警方只能拘留他們24小時，到時必須釋放或提出刑事控訴。
原先警方已將調查結案，並以證據不足為由未提出任何指控。但此事引起全國公憤，網路上也掀起緝凶運動，據稱發現了有關性侵和其後霸凌事件的新證據，因此警方又重啟調查。 (接下一頁)

〔自由時報記者吳俊鋒／台南報導〕台南空軍基地週六營區開放，成立一甲子的雷虎小組，闊別二十四年後首度「回娘家」再現特技，昨天預演，上千民眾先睹為快，倒飛、迴旋、觔斗、翻轉等精彩課目，搭配絢爛奪目的彩色尾煙，喝采聲此起彼落，噴射引擎聲呼嘯而過，音爆震撼全場。
雷虎小組四十二年成立於台南基地，到今年正好一甲子，民國七十八年移往高雄岡山空軍官校，這次成軍六十週年慶，有七架飛機「回娘家」展現特技，未演先轟動。
六十年代在台南基地任職過的楊姓退役軍官回憶，當時雷虎小組使用人稱「軍刀機」的F-86，成員精挑細選，因操練壓力大，福利相對也比較好，今大同、健康路口還曾經有專屬的聚會場所。
南區荔宅里長張英則提到，通稱「水交社」的志開新村，當時許多小組成員及其眷屬居住在裡頭，有的還獲得青天白日勳章殊榮，在地方上令人敬重，知道部分老雷虎們週六都將回來營區重聚，真的很高興。
四四三聯隊政戰主任邵志群表示，這次開放主要是為慶祝空軍節，希望透過精實戰力的展現，建立全民國防共識。
昨天各級貴賓等大小朋友應邀參觀預演，軍事迷也申請進入營區，帶著專業攝影器材與配備捕捉戰機英姿，尤其噴射引擎加速後，高溫凝結水氣形成翼尖渦流，讓攝影玩家叫好。
擔任雷虎小組領隊的上校飛官王維楨指出，若週六能見度等天候狀況許可，會以次音速操演十八個操作課目，有一機、多機、平面、立體等多項特技，最高六千呎、最低五百呎，搭配代表國旗顏色的紅、白、藍尾煙，絕無冷場。
軍旅生涯二十一年的王維楨說，雷虎小組成軍時，最早使用的飛機為F-84G，接著依序換裝F-86、F-5A、F-5E，目前則是人稱「三色飛燕」的AT-3型攻擊教練機，飛行速度雖然較慢，但迴轉半徑較小，表演課目的結接上更流暢，容易完成各種立體式的機隊變化。
