【綜合報導】桃園地檢署今天上午前住陸軍542旅調查，除了調閱相關資料外，也將了解部隊裝備料件和油品等帳冊資料等，以釐清上士范佐憲有無盜賣軍品。

根據《TVBS》報導，桃檢在542旅約談約10名關係人，協助調查上士范佐憲是否涉嫌重利罪，並且就洪仲丘體檢報告部分，調查是否有「該檢未檢」的部分。另外桃檢也另外派人重新調閱洪仲丘的大兵日誌，希望能夠找出任何蛛絲馬跡。

日本GIZMON iCA品牌所推出的「萊卡復古風相機手機殼」、「限量普普風手機殼」，造型就十分時尚有個性，可以讓平常看來單調的手機，轉換為具有復古風、普普風的萊卡相機！

這兩款手機殼不僅有唯妙唯肖的鏡頭、高質感相機蒙皮，甚至還有獨立觀景窗和快門按鍵。手機殼上的快門按鍵可不只是裝飾品而已，當按下快門鍵時會觸動iPhone音量鍵達成拍照的效果，就不用再靠觸碰螢幕來拍照，更接近相機的體驗，同時也減少手震的情況發生。

【綜合報導】國防部長楊念祖今晚表示因友人代寫，但自己署名的文章涉及抄襲，因此閃電請辭，民進黨立委管碧玲今天晚上在臉書上說，楊念祖涉抄襲的那篇文章，是「全文照抄」。
 
管碧玲說，「楊念祖將這篇文章全文照抄，成為自己文章的2/3。討論的是中國軍事問題，屬國防部長的業務核心，卻抄襲中國知名軍事專家翻譯國際知名中國軍事專家的著作。抄襲、剽竊的情節又屬最嚴重的情節。事關國格」。

管碧玲說，「但我畢竟戀棧『文人部長』的人事安排，想給他機會，質詢中百般掙扎，決定嘎然而止，我放手了。最後發展成這樣，我仍然傷感到罵不出來」。

【綜合報導】氣候變遷，全球溫帶海域都出現了大批的水母。中國河北省北戴河是北京人最愛的避暑勝地，不過今年夏天因水母數量激增，截至前天(7日)，已有超過千人被水母蜇傷，單單當地的北戴河人民醫院就接收了1053名傷者，這個數目是去年暑假同期的3至4倍。

當地政府工作人員擔心遊客因恐懼而放棄這片海濱度假勝地，目前已做好防護及應急措施。據悉水母不會主動攻擊人，但觸鬚碰到人就會纏繞上去，並釋放毒素，即使漂浮在海中已死的水母，也可能蜇傷人。
