| 劉德立推動與巴拉圭國防部合作

中華民國駐巴拉圭大使劉德立應巴國防部長賈西亞之邀，當地時間9日上午赴國防部軍事監獄，共同主持「軍事監獄台灣鯛養殖」子計畫的魚池啟用典禮。
賈西亞（Maria Liz Garcia de Arnold）在致詞中，感性表達對中華民國政府及人民慨助的謝忱。
劉德立在致詞時則強調，欣見與巴國防部的合作計畫陸續落實與完成，殷盼魚池未來有效協助受刑人勞動生產與提高自給自足能力，繼稱此一略盡棉薄之舉，是台灣與巴國長久以來友好關係的具體表徵。儀式在細雨中完成，簡單隆重。

【綜合報導】中國一名女子最近被網友捧紅，因為她胖到100公斤，但是面貌出奇姣好，就有不少網友表示：「能瘦下來就是金喜善(韓國女藝人)。」
這名女子被網友評論為「中國最美女胖子」、「果然是女胖子中的極品」，更有一名自稱攝影師的網友表示，很想追她，但又在猶豫到底該不該追。

【朱正庭╱台北報導】營運近3年、同時上線人數約5千人的線上遊戲《龍之谷》（Dragon Nest），本周二突在官網宣布將在3個月後結束營運，引發玩家抱怨：「根本把老玩家看成屁！」台灣代理商遊戲橘子指，因原廠不願續約，不得已要結束，即起也推出補償措施。
消基會《消費者雜誌》發行人陳智義表示，業者在結束前3個月提早告知已算審慎，但考量到玩家權益，業者可考慮增加補償內容，會更完備。

標題[問題] 最近想買手機 有沒有好選擇的旗艦

如題 最近要辦過學專，想買一支好一點的 個人的要求只有最好拍照畫質好點 平常我除了玩點小遊戲沒有其他需求(反正想要的一堆東西都有相應的app) 看了下版上很推的PFI的文章，普遍都說開啟拍照有點慢，那是會明顯頓一下 還是可以趁空揉一下眼睛擦亮眼睛的那種頓? 目前列入名單的有Sony Z、LG GPro、ASUS PFI 想問問大家的意見(盡量講缺點沒差)我比較怕會遇到3G或是WIFI訊號弱這種... 先感謝大家了 --

| 投顧：景氣回溫 布局能源資產

天達投顧表示，歷史經驗顯示，自 8月起至年底止，能源資產漲多跌少，加上目前全球景氣逐漸回溫，可望進一步帶動能源需求上升，能源股後市樂觀可期。
天達投顧指出，根據彭博統計近10年MSCI明晟世界能源指數表現，每年自 8月至12月底止，能源股上漲機率高達8成，且其中有 5成報酬可達10%以上，掌握能源股下半年漲升契機，可及早布局。
天達強調，美國頁岩油革命增加供給，可能造成價格下跌的說法，顯然並沒有對能源資產表現造成衝擊，預期隨著景氣逐步回溫，能源股後市將更可期。
因此，美國頁岩油革命在今年初引起市場關切，油價一度受到壓抑，但目前每桶油價已回升至100美元以上，表現仍十分搶眼，顯示美國原油產能增加的議題，中長期對能源資產影響有限。
天達引述近日荷蘭皇家殼牌石油管理團隊看法表示，在他們參與開發的27個美國頁岩油產區，其中只有5個達到完全開發的狀態，顯示許多頁岩油田並沒有辦法提供合理的投資回報。

【潘志偉、呂健豪╱新北報導】新北市復興商工夜間部學生日前上傳美工科史姓男教師體罰影片，致老師遭記大過懲處，並停聘夜間部教職，曾被史教過的學生為師抱屈，在臉書成立「反對玻璃小孩的惡意陷害！!史老大是好老師」粉絲團，5天內有近3千人按讚，並發起「復興校友返校日」活動，昨約40多名學生穿黑衣到公園集結，表示不想造成老師困擾而未返校，但「一定要站出來力挺史老大！」

| 輪胎自己跑掉啦 車主忙追回

南區中華西路前天發生一起小貨車左後輪突然脫落，輪胎飛撞上對向轎車，所幸無人傷亡，小貨車駕駛見狀立即下車，在豔陽下狂奔，追回這顆輪胎。遭撞車主將行車紀錄PO上網，吸引7萬人次點閱。
台南市交通大隊事故處理小組長鄭翔靖看了影片後，提醒民眾，一般輪胎使用年限約兩年，車主應定期更換，盡量別使用再生胎，否則連日30度以上高溫，容易導致胎壓升高而爆胎。另外，若爆胎呈條狀，通常是胎齡老舊或高溫造成，若是碎片狀爆胎，則可能是瑕疵品，可向修車廠、輪胎廠求償。
