| 轉移性大腸癌別放棄 健保標靶藥物可治療

【周昭平／高雄報導】就算是癌症末期也不能放棄！48歲李宜蓁輕忽血便症狀多年，3年前因腹絞痛急診，才發現乙狀結腸長了顆雞蛋大的腫瘤，開刀切除不久又轉移至卵巢，歷經2次復發、4次手術與標靶藥物治療、多次化療，才將病情控制住。
74歲的郭五常平時愛吃生魚片，2011年發現大腸癌末期，經過3次開刀，化療與標靶藥物治療，如今恢復正常生活。他今天出席高雄醫學大學附設醫院外科部主任王照元主持的大腸癌治療宣導記者會時坦言，化療實在很痛苦，一度想跳樓放棄，是醫師和個管師鼓勵，才挺過治療難關。
王照元說，大腸癌是國人癌症之冠，每小時就有2人罹患，但治療機會因醫學進步大增，就算是轉移性大腸癌也有健保給付的標靶藥物可供治療，只要與醫師討論適合療程與標靶用藥順序，就能獲得更好的治療品質與較輕的經濟負擔。

屈臣氏最近幾檔的買一送一都會看到這罐的蹤影 實在是太好奇了，板上查不到心得 而且網路上也查不到幾篇心得 那我越看越想買來用用看 因為ORBIS跟FANCL我覺得都不算便宜 我又好想用用看潔顏粉 索性就買下去了 算起來一罐才一百多 蒂芬妮亞胺基酸潔顏霜我個人用過兩罐 一次是罐裝的一次是條裝的 給我的印象滿好 這個洗顏粉我覺得洗起來感覺也很舒服 我皮膚很油，這個洗完有很潔淨透氣的感覺 清潔力應該算中上，因為洗完我的手會有點...我不太會形容耶 澀澀的嗎? 好像也不算是 但臉不會乾澀，我滿喜歡洗完之後的膚觸 中乾性皮膚的話我就不清楚了 但跟我一樣油皮膚的可以試試看 這兩罐用完之後如果還有買一送一 我還會再買來用 以上語無倫次不負責推薦，有興趣的可以試試看囉 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.172.187.244 ※ 編輯: gypsy1011 來自: 1.172.187.244 (08/08 23:01)

| 馬總統：再生能源要配合基載電力

總統馬英九今天說，澎湖是全亞洲風力發電最適合的地方，再生能源越多越好，但須配合基載電力，否則沒有風的時候難以為繼。
提到最近高溫達攝氏37、38度，甚至39度，馬總統說，台灣最近這幾天非常熱，用電量非常高，「很不幸的就是，我們台灣最需要用電的時候，卻不是我們風最多的時候」；「東北季風來的時候，已經不太需要這麼多電了；但是需要電的時候，又沒有那麼多的風」。
馬總統上午前往澎湖與青年有約，參加在馬公高中舉辦的「北醫楓杏生物醫學研習營」，並以「偏鄉服務，有志醫同」為題發表專題演講。
總統談到能源問題時表示，澎湖是全亞洲風力發電最適合的地方，再生能源越多越好，但再生能源也有其先天的侷限，比較難成為基載的發電，必須配合基載電力的發展，例如柴油或其他能源、天然氣，「這樣才不會使得沒有風的時候，能源難以為繼」。
他說，英國的風力發電做得很成功，因為剛好能與季節相配合。
總統也說，再生能源是全球的趨勢，他上任第2年，於民國98年就通過了再生能源發展條例，至今再生能源的裝置容量，包括設風場、風機、太陽光電等設備，都比當年增加23倍。
總統並承諾打造澎湖成為低碳島，「減碳，永遠是我們在這個世紀必須要追求的目標」。在他上任之前，台灣的人口占全球人口約0.3%左右，但台灣的排碳占全球1%，這是非常嚴重的警訊。
他說，努力做好節能減碳、提高能源使用效率，1%的排碳比率已降到了0.89%左右，能源使用效率也提升了，「節能減碳永遠都是我們必須要推動的目標」。

| 太平山區發現路死鼬獾

【朱俊彥／台中報導】今天上午7時許，有民眾在台中市太平區中埔8號，發現一隻鼬獾陳屍在路中央，隨即以塑膠袋裝了遺體送交頭汴派出所，警方立即通報農業局派員前往處理。
到場處理的林姓野生保育志工表示，這隻死亡的成年鼬獾，重約1 公斤，體長約30公分，目前無法確定性別，遺體外觀完整，沒有外傷，至於死亡原因或有無感染狂犬病，仍須帶回進一步檢驗後確定。

【突發中心／新北報導】今天凌晨2時許，有民眾於坪林區106線道老街附近發現路上有動物屍體，趕緊通知相關單位處理。坪林消防分隊表示，該動物屍體應該是死掉的鼬獾，目前將先行安置於分隊，待動保處人員前來將屍體帶回，再作進一步檢驗。

| 陳菊再赴陸 盼正向發展

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄9日電）高雄市長陳菊今天率團赴中國大陸參訪，重要的任務是邀請大陸的城市市長出席亞太城市高峰會議，下午將會見天津市長。
陳菊說，她希望中國大陸不僅和台灣的單一政黨接觸，也該和其它政黨接觸，才能看到社會多元的面貌。
陳菊此行是繼舉辦2009世界運動會後再次登陸，計劃訪問4個城市，包括天津、深圳、廈門和福州市等，同時與4個城市市長見面。
陳菊說，此行已先向民主進步黨主席蘇貞昌報告並獲支持，希望雙方有正面的發展和互動。她說，也希望增加與對岸城市的認識，減少和大陸的差異，雙方朝正向發展。
她表示，去中國大陸是承辦亞太城市高峰會議城市的責任和義務，市府多位首長已先後到多個國家和城市邀訪當地的首長出席。
陳菊說，訪問中國大陸除了為亞太城市會議，也有招商和觀光行銷的目的，希望更多對岸民眾到高雄市觀光旅行，她也會和台商見面，介紹高雄市是友善的投資環境。
陳菊第一站到天津市，下午將和天津市長見面，同時出席迎賓晚宴，明天也會在天津考察，並參歡東疆國際郵輪母港。1020809

| 台韓合資 南韓設汽車零件廠

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】台灣立鵬井與南韓MOREENS CORPORATION決定共同投資600萬美元（約1.8億元台幣），計劃明年3月在南韓慶尚北道永川市開設汽車零件生產工廠，並從同年8月開始投入生產。
據韓聯社報導，2家公司今天已與大邱慶北經濟自由區域廳、慶尚北道及永川市政府簽署了上述包括合作內容的5方投資諒解備忘錄。
報導中指出，主要向日本汽車公司供貨的立鵬井，位於台南市，主要生產消音器、排氣系統用絕緣處理產品，年銷售額達1600萬美元（4.8億元台幣）。

| 台中樂器節開幕 胡志強亂指揮博掌聲

【林世雄、陳為坐／台中報導】台中市文化局主辦的「2013台中樂器節」今天上午在后里馬場舉行。台中市長胡志強說，在台中市舉辦2018年的花博後，將會把后里區開發為台灣的紐奧爾良市，以五年的時間，讓后里成為充滿音樂、酒香的聖城（Holy city）。今天上午開幕式中，胡志強還親自指揮新民、嶺東、慈明三個高中管樂隊，雖然胡亂比畫一通，但仍獲得不少同情的掌聲。在一旁的馬匹因會場在進行遊行時聲響過大，受到驚嚇，發生燥動，所幸管理控制得宜並未發生意外狀況。
