狂太疫情延燒，農委會防檢局9日公告南投縣新增確診病例為埔里鄉、國姓鄉及鹿谷鄉各1例，累計全縣有9鄉鎮17例都是鼬獾染病，家畜疾病防治所明天將在3鄉發現死鼬獾的村里施打疫苗，呼籲鄉間民眾關緊門窗勿讓野生動物入侵。

南投縣狂犬疫情漫延了9鄉鎮17例，以魚池3例最多，國姓與仁愛、信義各2例居次，目前只有南投市與中寮鄉，集集鎮尚未發現疫情。家畜疾病防治所在發生疫情鄉鎮，成立緊急的犬貓病疫苗預防注射站與機動服務組，累計注射犬貓19774 隻。

南投縣府農業處表示，今天公告狂犬病例分在國姓鄉乾溝村、鹿谷鄉內湖與埔里鎮南村里產業道路，明天將在3村里全面施打狂犬疫苗。

【黃仲瑜／新北報導】「夭壽喔！人就這樣飛起來」。有民眾駕車行經板橋四維路與民生路口時，目睹一位騎士行為了搶快闖紅燈，不慎遭疾駛的轎車撞飛，撞擊力道之大，造成騎士在空中轉了數圈後才摔下。
整段怵目驚心的過程都被民眾的行車紀錄器拍下，影片一PO上網後，不少網友紛紛為撞車的轎車駕駛抱屈，也有網友說還好不是砂石車，不然後果應該會更嚴重。《蘋果》提醒用路人，十次車禍九次快，更別說是闖紅燈的違規行徑，這樣才能快樂出門，平安回家。

【曾佳俊／新北報導】不用花錢上補習班，學校就有外籍老師上課！新北市政府今年起陸續協助27所國中建置英語化情境教室，並引進外籍英語老師上課，加上另一名校內英文老師陪同解說，透過師生演示互動，增強同學的英聽能力。

教育局今天上午召開記者會，宣布由江翠、漳和國中等4校試辦，每周有一堂課排入學生課程，預計4年共編列1.5 億元，擴及轄內79間公立國中。

　　《新飛天歷險》自推出至今已過了一個多月，而在之前的改版中已相繼推出了舞者、商人等職業，而今天官方終於宣佈在接下來的改版將會推出「蠱師」一職，各位飛天迷又是時候要準備好衝等了！除了新職業之外，這次改版還將會開放大家一直追問的地圖「龍棲山」。而為了配合衝等聖地的開放，在這次的改版中，角色的等級上限將會提升至 65 等，到時首位達到封頂等級的高手又會是誰呢？

　　一如既往，官方將會在本次的改版預告中介紹部份的改版內容，如果大家想完全了解這次改版的話，就請繼續留意後續改版新聞。

蠱師介紹
　　蠱師是一個隱藏於黑暗之中，最鮮為人知的職業，他們一向都不公開活動，人們對他們的能力也多半來自傳言和猜測。傳言蠱師們會豢養許多毒蠱毒草，並用牠們來製作各式各式的蠱毒。被下蠱的目標通常不會立刻死亡，但是卻會遭受到持久的痛苦和折磨。

　　而在傳說中，蠱師甚至會用活人來養蠱，而利用種在活人身上養出來的蠱，效果更是驚人。基本裝備： 空手、法袍。

龍棲山開　蠱師蹤現
　　眾職業中最妖異詭秘的蠱師、野外地圖中衝等必去的龍棲山，將會在接下來的改版開放，相信到時飛天中又會展開新一輪的衝等浪潮。

　　而除此之外，這次還會開放更多的特色系統，當中最受大家關注的相信會是「寵物座騎」、「裝備降級系統」。「寵物座騎」顧名思義當然就是讓角色可以騎乘寵物威風凜凜地四處闖蕩的系統，而「裝備降級系統」聽上去需要有點怪異，但其實是一個降低裝備要求等級的實用系統。除了以上的系統介紹，其餘更詳細的改版內容就請玩家們繼續留意後續改版消息。

【李銘宏／台北報導】台北市警方今天凌晨1時許接獲報案，指稱興隆路1棟大樓有男子墜樓，警方趕抵發現男子摔落在3樓陽台，早已沒有生命跡象，由於其他住戶不願讓大體經過自家，警消只好出動雲梯車將死者運至1樓，並交由警方處理。
 
警方調查，墜樓的邱姓男子原要去找住在大樓的友人，但友人疑似已熟睡，並未接聽電話；邱男竟異想天開想從大樓的15樓頂，攀爬瓦斯管進入友人14樓的住家，不慎一時失足喪失了性命。

【陸運鋒／新北報導】新北市汐止凌晨0時許，新北市消防局獲報，國道中山高一輛機車逆向上國道發生車禍，警消立即前往救援，現場發現騎乘機車的老翁坐在路旁，並將老翁包紮。

路過的陳姓男子(40歲)表示，該路段非常的昏暗，經過時發現一輛機車逆向上來摔倒，他見狀後立即煞車，將賓士車停靠在機車後方，下車以後發現是一名老翁，趕緊將老翁攙扶到路邊，防止後方車輛撞上，警方一度以為兩台車發生車禍，經陳男解釋後，才知道原來是陳男熱心的行為，救了老翁一命。

行政院農業委員會動植物防疫檢疫局今天上午宣布高雄市六龜與阿蓮區各新增1例鼬獾狂犬病病例。

高雄市動物保護處立即動員，排定下周起10天內完成第2波犬貓狂犬病緊急巡迴預防注射。

動保處說，六龜及阿蓮是新增疫區，11日先在杉林辦理巡迴絕育進行族群控制與環狀免疫，12日第一站排定六龜、阿蓮和田寮區，呼籲民眾各區民眾趕緊將未施打狂犬病疫苗的犬貓帶出來打針。
