【綜合報導】大稻埕煙火節，煙火一放超過20分鐘，但是根據《壹電視》報導，在發射的過程中，其中一個發射台起火燃燒，時間超過5分鐘。

這個發射台是在場地中後段的地方，工作人員一發現火勢，馬上前往滅火，就是擔心火勢會燒到附近的煙火筒，一發不可收捨，但所幸火勢很快就受到控制，沒有再擴大。

標題[食記] 中和 三訪清真李園小吃

圖文：http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog/post/32477841 時間：2013/7 一般人對清真食物的印象或許會聯想到新疆菜，但其實清真食物並不只是指 某一地某種風格的料理，應該是說信奉伊斯蘭教並以宗教的方式來處理食物 的料理就是清真食物。就像中和緬甸街裡的清真李園小吃，若沒有實際到訪 ，或許會以為他是新疆或回族料理餐廳，其實李園是家滇緬風味的小館。 清真料理的餐廳很喜歡用綠底白字當做招牌，在大陸的回族餐廳也能見到很 多這樣的配色。 李園算是緬甸街裡的老店了，自從緬甸街幾年前重新整建成南洋風味美食街 後，除原來的幾家滇緬料理店之外，現在又陸續開了很多滇緬小吃店，選擇 又更多了，本來的店都還沒吃完，這下子不知道要多久才吃得完。 緬甸鄰近印度，所以印度烤餅、咖哩在緬甸應該也算是不難見的食物，至少 中和緬甸街裡的許多滇緬料理店都有印度烤餅、煎餅的販售。本來賣印度餅 的主要是日發和李園，後來又開了藍天，現在好像還有幾家小店也有。印度 烤餅製作的方式很好玩，店員把麵團拿出甩甩拉大後放在布球上，然後像烤 胡椒餅一樣，拿著布球往烤爐爐壁上貼，聽到砰的悶聲一響，只稍一會兒， 爐壁上的餅皮便會開始凸起冒泡，如此便能出爐，新疆人做饢也是這樣做。 印度烤餅 豌豆＄30 我總認為這是最美味的早午餐，要比現在一堆Blunch弄些吐司、火腿、培根 、炒蛋千篇一律毫無創意來得有趣多了。烤得蓬起的餅皮軟中帶筋性，淡淡 的焦香與麵餅甜味。 最棒的還是加上豌豆泥，緬甸街裡的滇緬小吃幾乎脫離不了豌豆，豌豆煮成 泥狀卻又保持了本來的豆子外觀，讓人不禁想起英國早餐中的炒豆子，只是 風味大不相同。這裡的豌豆泥口感綿軟帶沙，甜香美味，搭配餅皮是最好的 組合。李園的豌豆泥算是最清淡的，不像另幾家會灑上油蔥酥增加香氣與口 感，也比較油膩。李園算是清爽取向。 千層餅 豌豆＄30 李園叫千層餅，其他家叫做印度煎餅，而李園的千層餅也與其他家略有不同 ，比較像油炸作法，表面如炸過一般的酥脆，餅內則酥軟帶微微筋道，搭配 豌豆泥更添美味，香甜的豌豆泥加上酥脆溫熱的煎餅，滋味要比搭配烤餅來 得更為適合。不過以煎餅而言，目前我認為口感最好的還是日發的煎餅，香 又有勁，李園的口感就比較偏酥脆些，兩者不同，看個人口味如何。 新鮮乳酪＄55 新鮮乳酪即是酸奶，台灣叫做優酪乳，李園的新鮮乳酪相當好喝，尤其適合 愛酸的人。口味偏酸，甜度適中，特別的是入口之後會有一股酸澀感，刺激 舌頭兩側，這種感覺有點像氣泡水的氣泡刺激感，清涼爽口，而且份量相當 大杯，喝完竟是頗為飽足。 李園清真小吃 地址：新北市中和區華新街16號 電話：02-86689653 -- 一個人的美食、旅行與生活...柔藍食單 http://bluehero.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.172.4.16 ※ blueherobest:轉錄至看板 ShuangHe 08/10 23:32

【綜合報導】日本《產經新聞》報導指出，中共各地的宣傳部門向電子網路媒體下令，編列829個敏感詞，其中八成與政治有關，主要針對「人權」、「示威」，和法輪功組織有關的「法輪」、「法·輪·功」、「法+輪+功」等20多個詞也遭禁止使用，還有會聯想到前總理李鵬的「李月月鳥」等。

報導指出，這829個敏感詞當中，有兩成是人名，例如諾貝爾和平獎得主劉曉波，日本前首相小泉純一郎則是唯一上榜的日本人。

據稱，官方規定要求業者刪除含有敏感詞的文章、手機業者也要限制含有敏感詞的短訊。

【綜合報導】伊拉克巴格達近郊，周六發生連續汽車炸彈攻擊，主要針對位於什葉派區域的咖啡店、餐廳和市集，造成至少60死200傷。
 
周六正好是齋戒月的最後一天，民眾外出慶祝，造成傷亡格外慘重，過去6個月來發生的炸彈攻擊，大部分都是遜尼派激進分子，針對什葉派民眾所發動的攻擊，今年截至目前已有超過4000人死亡，9865人受傷，巴格達為發生攻擊事件最嚴重的地區。

【陳穎／綜合報導】韓國「星」兵SE7EN上色情按摩店拖垮韓國藝工隊，韓國國防部一氣之下廢除成立17年的藝工隊，SE7EN更被罰關禁閉10天。他昨天已「出關」，現被分發到野戰部隊當步兵，再也無法混水摸魚享特權。

SE7EN等藝工隊成員，6月時赴江原道春川勞軍，會後與Rain等同袍留宿汽車旅館，凌晨和嘻哈團體「Mighty Mouth」的生菜偷溜到有提供「小姐服務」的按摩店。事後，SE7EN等8名違紀星兵將受懲處，其中6人分發野戰部隊；「Super Junior」(SJ)隊長利特等6名沒犯錯的星兵也被分發前線服役。
